LOCATION: This hotel is in the best location. So easy to get to everywhere, via train or bus. 7eleven, milk tea shop, cafes, hawkers, and food courts a few steps away. I also really like how the street is less busy and filled with trees. It’s right in a campus area so the vibe is really nice. SERVICE: Our flight is at midnight and they offered a free swim/shower before we headed to the airport even when we’re already checked out. This is the first time a hotel has offered us this and I think it’s the best esp bec Singapore weather will really make you sweat! AMENITIES: Pool, laundry area (preloaded with detergent), refillable water, cable TV, luggage storage, adaptors, wifi is pretty ok We also got to stay in the first floor to do some work. CONS: Not the cleanest hotel (a bit dusty and might trigger some people rhinitis) & room service does not actually do cleaning but just refills the consumables & throws trash But overall, the pros make up for all the cons. Will stay here again!

It was our first time in 30 Bencoolen. The room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. We had no complaints about the room. Although they could offer more channels on the tv or provide netflix etc for us to log into using our own accounts. The lobby was spacious, accessible for strollers/wheelchairs. My husband used a mobility scooter and there were no issues for him to get to our room. Location is of course ideal. There is 7eleven just steps away, coffee shop right across the street, halal food nearby and mrt station right across the street as well. We didnt get to see the pool or gym because we didnt have time. We had a lovely time there and would definitely come back.

Had an eight night stay with interconnected rooms. They couldn't guarantee availability until check in despite booking three months in advance. This created some anxiety but we were given the appropriate room at check-in. Bedding configuration was requested but not provided unfortunately, so single beds throughout. The property is in an excellent location and as far as value for money in Singapore (expensive) it was great. Pool facilities on the rooftop were great and a food centre (court) next door provided cheap eats when we couldn't be bothered going out. Service was great overall but one or two of the staff came across a bit grumpy but still professional enough. Overall a great stay, decent value and size for Singapore and location is 5 to 10 minutes from all the hot spots. Recommended for those who don't want to pay a fortune for the big notorious hotels.

The location is very strategic, 5 minute walk to 2 MRT stations, Bencoolen and Bras Basah, so if you coming from or going to the airport, you can the DT line until Changi Expo and change there. There is also a bus station just in front of the hotel, just a minute walk. 7 11 is located beside the hotel. It’s also easy to find food, a 5 minute walk you will find a food court. My check in and check out was very easy and fast, the staffs are very helpful and informative. I stay at a deluxe king bed room, with my wife and my 8 yrs old daughter, the bed and the room was big enough for us. The room is very clean and tidy, they provide a hairdyer for us. The hotel also provide a 24 hrs gym and self service laundry for the guest. So all was great great great (my daughter who said this)

“Absolutely pleasant”
We enjoy the stay very much, the hotel is conveniently located near Bencoolen MRT station, there are a few bus stops within walking distance can basically bring you to anywhere in SG or connect you to MRT station of another line, that helps us to reduce as much walking as possible since we have a young child and a senior citizen. I’m impressed that the front desk staffs are really nice & most of the time maintain eye contact and great guests with a friendly smile. The room is clean, bedding set is comfortable, no complaint. House keeping team is courteous, you can see them around since early morning and they even asked if we need the drinking water when we are on our way out. Self-service laundry is available in the hotel too. I will definitely stay with 30 Bencoolen again when I visit Singapore next time.
