The room was spacious and the bedding was clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful, even taking care of our luggage after check-out so we could make the most of our last day. When they cleaned the room, they even folded and arranged our clothes on the bed, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is great, as it's close to the second line of the subway, including the stations at Gun-dae, Jam-sil, and Sam-sung. In particular, it's right in front of the Benkullen station, which was very convenient when we were tired at the end of the day. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby, including a food court downstairs and a kaya toast and bingsu shop about three minutes away. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, but there's a larger one about three minutes away that's even better. As other reviews have mentioned, there was a bit of dust, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, it was a perfect trip to Singapore starting from this great accommodation! Highly recommended!

Would definitely stay here again! There are 2 mrt stations that are very close to this hotel. Bencoolen station is the nearest which is in the same lane as the hotel and is about 1min or 2min walk to the hotel. From Changi, you just need to go to Expo station first and then change to Blue line and then Bencoolen station. There is a food court that is very near to the hotel which offers affordable food with a great variety. There's a 7-11 near the hotel also, just almost beside the hotel, a money changer, some restaurants, another convenience store. When we checked in, reception said room will be cleaned every 2days only but they cleaned everyday except during our last day, which was somehow sad as we didnt get coffee and water replenished. Their reception is open 24/7. They also has water dispenser for you to refill near the reception. They have a pool which unfortunately we were not able to use or see at all. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and definitely a perfect location since it is just a stone throw away to Bugis ands very close to Clark Quay, Chinatown, via mrt

My Wife and I stayed in 30 Bencoolen last Sept. 20 until the 23 for the F1 race. Location was very good as it was very near the track, a few stations from Gate 1 with 2 MTR's less than a block away and a small food court nearby. 7/11 was also very nearby. Room itself was large in size and clean. The mattress was ok while the pillows were soft. All regular amenities where present (slippers, toiletries, water bottles (replenished daily), free coffee and tea, and small safe. But the sockets near the beds were very loose and the plugs of our phones kept falling off. Bathroom was ok in size, very modern except missing a bidet which is very unusual. Internet was good, not great but adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. be advised there is a deposit of 150 SGD upon check in. Wasn't able to check out the gym but overall satisfied during my stay.

30 Bencoolen comes with superb location i.e. MRT accessibility, food options, etc. Overall hotel condition is great and clean. Caution: connecting room door was not locked when I first entered my room. In my view, this is a personal safety and security risk. Also, I asked for quiet room yet was allocated lift in front of the lift. In short, great hotel, noteworthy and exceptional with small cautions.
