Nice spacious apartment with comfortable bed. The only problem is that the frying pans in the kitchen are too old with damaged surface, they need replacement.

“Million dollar views, nothing spent on the furnishing. Terrible bed and no thought put in the room.”

Plus the view, minus the furnishing , no external light at enterance door, bathroom door looked as though someone had tried to break it down.

            “Nice view ”

The studio unit have a wonderful view facing the lake and the mountains. However, facility wise, they do not have a stove. They have microwave and bar fridge. They also do not have a reception which is very difficult if there is something that you needed. You may need to take the bus to travel to the city if you have no car.

            “Stunning location, terrible customer service!!!”

This is the second time we have stayed at Alpine village, the first time we had absolutely no problems however the second time we received the worst customer service. Alpine and Agoda failed to send through our check-in information, our check-in time was 2pm and we were not able to get in touch with management until 4pm. We tried to ring management a minimum of 15 times, when we finally got in touch they didnt really seem to care that we had wasted 2 hours of our day in the cold. Alpine Village is stunning, the most beautiful views of the lake - great location and close to town but the worst customer service i have ever received. I will not be staying here again.

I would give 5 stars for the location, the view from the apartment, facilities and the size/space of the unit. However, I think it's time to upgrade the interiors. The beddings, carpet are quite old and the window blinds in the room was falling off already. I reckon a little renovation of the bathroom would be good as well.
