- Keep the unit secure by locking doors and windows when you are not inside. · Shortening Your Stay - If you would like to shorten your reservation, NO REFUND will be given. · Security Deposit - We have the right to collect a refundable security deposit up to RM500 amount before check-in. If you damage the home, your deposit may be deduct subjected to the item price. Deposit will refund within 1 day after check-out if nothing is damage - No pets allow inside the unit - Our quiet hours is 10pm-8am · Forgotten Items - We are not responsible for any forgotten items; please double check you have all your belongings with you upon check out. We will have extra charge for delivery the forgotten items. · Extending Your Stay - Any request to extend your stay be communicated to us before you check out. - Please be considerate of our neighbors. Keep noise levels down and avoid disturbing others. - Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. · Toilet - Do not flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet. · Smoking - Please do not smoke inside the house, we will charge you for RM200 if we found any evidence of smoking in the house. · Noise - We ask that you keep the noise to a respectful level during your stay, especially in the evenings. We have very kind neighbors so we want to be respectful in return. No parties, please! - No parties or large gatherings are allowed in the homestay unit. If you plan to host an event, please discuss it with the host in advance · Security - We request that during your stay you keep the key and make sure the property is locked when no one is present. If unexpected guests arrive, please do not let them on the premise. - The maximum number of guests allowed is provided on the listing page. Please inform the host in advance if you plan to have additional visitors. - Light cooking is allowed inside the unit. You must also acknowledge this - Check in time is 3pm onwards, check out time is 12pm latest We provide a fresh set of professionally cleaned towels and linen for each guest. If towels are missing or damaged we will charge you for the respective amount. Respect the House Rules: Failure to follow these house rules may result in additional charges or eviction from the property. · Extra Linens and Towels - Guests are welcome to use the amenities provided, but please do so with care and clean up after yourself. · Safety - Please be extra careful when near windows or using the balcony, especially on higher floors. We will not be held responsible should any accidents occur due to the carelessness of the guest.
