"You might have heard about hybridized travel modes like “Glamping” or “Flash Packing”, but I believe the Barahi Jungle lodge has conceptualized & mastered an entirely new breed of travel experience called ‘Glodging”. A tasteful mix of glamorous abode in the wilds combined with regulated indulgence, eco-friendly diligence, and decadent home-style pampering! This is probably one of THE best eco-lodges we have ever stayed in across the globe, and surely deserves to be a part of the ‘elite’ blue-lists and clubs, but unfortunately (or luckily for itself) still flying under the radar! We couldn’t believe that we were chilling out in one of the most Romantic Jungle Lodges at the edge of a forest in a Himalayan Country! And the fact that we were the ONLY guests in the entire property only made the sweet experience even more Honeyed! Apart from their luxurious settings, The best experiences of the trip were our interactions with Rani-kali, Tulsi-Kali, Shoba-kali and Raj-Kali – the Barahi Lodg"

"After arriving in hectic Kathmandu we went straight to Chitwan to get out of the hustle and bustle and into some nature. Chitwan was perfect for this and our stay at CVR could not have been better. The owner picked us up from the bus station and we were shown to our beautiful spacious room with mozzie nets and ensuite. Big windows looked out onto green forests or ricefeilds and our balcony had a nice couple of seats for us to sit and relax viewing the peaceful surrounds. The hotel has 2 beautiful eles who slept in a little shed just off our balcony and we would be able to watch them be groomed by the mahouts and could hear them trumpet which was very special! The staff went above and beyond in making our stay and enjoyable one. The owner spoke with me clearly with excellent english and in much detail about the sightseeing opportunities in the national park and touristic activities. Our guide, Jugart, took us on a day trek through the jungle which was as authentic as it gets with much information about the animals and inside knowledge, many interesting stories and facts. As we did not spot a rhino he took time out of his afternoon the next day after labouring to take us on a special trip to the river to see a rhino who was bathing. This was a life experience i will never forget and was a truly unforgettable one. Our waiter also was very sweet, helpful and attentive serving us up some of the most delicious meals we ate throughout nepal and simply the best Masala Tea ever! Have and will recommend and cant wait to stay again!"

"I spent 2-3 days here in the beginning of December. If you are looking at this property, you are here for Chitwan National Park. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Not only was the food amazing and the staff VERY helpful and friendly but their tour guide Rajan K.C. is the most amazing and helpful person ever. The first day I took a jeep tour of the park but wanted to do a walking tour the 2nd day. If I was to do it over I would of taking an extended walking tour with Rajan. To start, the day was not looking good. We were not having luck seeing wildlife but that can be expected. Finding wildlife can be like the lottery at times. But Rajan would not give up. We switched back a few times and he took me to all of his spots in hopes of seeing and photographing the Great One Horn Rhino up close in the wild, even extending our trek a bit because he was so determined to make my trip great experience. After much search it was a happy success and it would not of been possible without the extra effort that he provided. He seriously provided 200% effort, going well and beyond what should be expected. The worse part of my experience was unfortunately having my laptop stolen in transit from Pokhara to Chitwan. Obviously no fault of the hotel. But after arriving and noticing my loss, I was in panic. Rajan K.C. immediately noticed my dismay, threw my on the back of his motorcycle, drove me down to the bus park, questioned the employees, got a list of the passengers and drove me around to various hotels in search of who stole my laptop. Unfortunately we were not successful, but if that is not putting out extra effort, I don't know what is. For a stay at Chitwan National Park, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. You will be more than satisfied. The rooms are very comfortable, great ambient, excellent food and a staff that deserves exceptional praise for going above and beyond. An extra special thank you to Rajan K.C. - An amazing guide and an even better person."

"The stay at Park Safari was a perfect stay at a good price. Ashok Arya the manager was helpful and courteous. It's a new property which is maintained nicely. The property is huge and ample parking space. Breakfast is lavish. The only minus is the Wifi Connection and the finding of property. A proper signage is required. It's a beautifully made hotel and all efforts should be taken to maintain it well. Best of luck. "
