Where to stay in Mumbai
Mumbai hotels & accommodations

Located on Juhu facing the sea, the Sea Princess hotel remains true to its name. With extremely caring staff members making sure at every moment that your stay is comfortable, the hotel deserves to be recommended for every solo (mainly) traveler or any couple, who would like to enjoy some intimate moments together. The beach/pool side cafe is an added attraction, where...

the hotel is huge, a nice pool though the weather was a bit cold and not pool appropriate, the breakfast was ok, we tried of the restaurants in the hotel and both pretty good, the upstairs mexican place a nice place to have beer and the indian restaurant good. location wise: just a note that though it seems that it's very far from the real mumbai and there is no littl...

The Leela is my preferred transit hotel in Mumbai. It is located a mere 5 mins drive from the international airport. The rooms are smartly designed with spacious bathrooms and other amenities. The Indian touches are everywhere and this distinguishes Leela from the other hotels in the same class. The restaurants are excellent. I always look forward to the breakfast...

Perfect for business trip. We are not really that fan of Indian cuisine but the breakfast was superb, lots of choices. Location wise, the best in Mumbai. Near the airport, lots of stores nearby, supermarkets, coffee shops. The staffs are very professionals and approachable. Well maintained hotel and we'll probably book here again on our next visit.

As expected from a Grand Hyatt great rooms, very friendly, helpful and attentive staff-great location, good breakfast and an excellent selection of resturants-Indian,Chinese,Italian and coffee shop Everything about hotel spells class and is recommended A bit expensive but worth it -great location too close to domestic airport and the new business centers in Juhu, Kurl...

My stay in The Oriental Residency Hotel in Mumbai was superb. Airport pick-up service was on time. The restarurant in hotel was superb! I had the best breakfast and diner, the stuff was really friendly and helpful. The location is close to the airport.

I arrived at Mumbai airport on 15 May morning and was waiting for the airport pickup. 10 minutes later and still no hotel rep, thought there might have been a mixup and called Kohinoor Continental Hotel. Was attended to by Ms Suprriya who confirmed my reservation, but turned out I booked for 15-17 July instead! Looked at my voucher and realised my blunder, and told her...

The hotel had its own compound separated by quiet boundaries. The reception desk was aristocratic and fine. The day brought the first sunbeams through the privately open window and after the sundown myriad stars were gyrating in the darkness over the pulsating ocean. I was gradually giving myself up in a tranquility that was far away from the dynamic Mumbai. It was ref...

I had stayed for a considerable time along with a friend of mine at the Ambassador, Mumbai. The 4 star rated property is a part of the chain of heritage hotels, managed by the Narang group. It is conveniently located within a walking distance from the surreal & beautiful 'Queen's Necklace' i.e., the Marine drive near the Churchgate junction. The hotel has a magnificent...

The Sea Palace is in a very good location in the Colaba district of Mumbai. Warning it is a very long cab ride from airport. The hotel is older with a slow elevator but the staff is wonderful and the hotel is safe and clean. Mumbai hotels are some of the most expensive in India so for the area this is a good deal. I would stay again.

This was our first time in Mumbai, hotel was in a good location, staff was very nice and the place felt very clean. The bathroom could improve a bit, but all in all was very clean and we always had warm water. One thing that could've been improved was the fact that we arrived at the hotel 05:00 AM but we still had to pay for a full night and not for half of it. I wi...

I booked this room for my parents and sister who were travelling to mumbai for a day. they had an early morning flight to istanbul the next day and had to be close to the airport. their first experience of the city was quite terrible as with all foreigners coming to mumbai for the first time. they were supposed to have airport transfer from the hotel but somehow they c...

This is a very nice place to stay in Mumbai. The first time in Mumbai and staff at the emerald her super friendly and quick to check us in. The breakfast service is very good, limited selection but essentials were there! We traveled with a family of 7 Inc two children all which were absolutely happy with the hotel. The location is only 5mins walk to Juhu beach which w...

Overall it was pleasant 3 nites stay at Krishna Palace. We arrived quite late at night and our booked room wasn't ready when we checked in. But the frontdesk provided a much better suite for the nites stay and we are thankful for their arrangement. Sometimes it's quite noisy from adjacent rooms at night. And on our last day we totally lost our sleep in the morning due ...

The location of this hotel is excellent and close to everything including shopping, restaurants, bars, pubs and anything you can think of is very nearby. The breakfast of the hotel is very good with a different choice of south and North Indian cuisine everyday. Very friendly staff and also very helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy with the air conditioning...

When selecting a hotel in Mumbai, we noticed the prices were higher. For us, this was the perfect balance of a less expensive hotel that still provided a good location and really clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly. We did not care for the blue-lit outdoor restaurant, but the breakfast buffet was quite delicious. We had some problems with the plumbing...

The place is conveniently located and offers an excellent stash option in navi mumbai . Hotel staff is courteous and the facilities are top class. The hotel is very new so some facilities will only be added with time but currently it offers a good choice amongst five star stays in this locality.

We had such a wonderful stay, all the staff were very helpful with any requests & recommendations of places to visit, eat & local markets. The rooms were very clean & tidy, extremely comfortable beds, great free wifi & views overlooking the neighbourhood. The hotel restaurant was fabulous, range of delicious food & drinks. They made our first visit to Mumbai absolutely...

I arrived at Westin Mumbai Garden City Hotel on Thursday evening after a 5-hours flight and "friendly" welcome from the tout and cab driver. It was late evening and tiring, but the service excellence by the receptionist Ms. Supriya Rane and Ms. Geeta (I don't remember her surname, sorry) who helped me to get a non smoking floor on high floor and settled the discrepancy...

after travelling through india and staying in some interesting places it was a pleasure to come back to mumbai and stay at the hyatt regency. the rooms are great, food is very good as was the gym and spar facilities. i have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world and the staff at this hotel should be used as an example for other places. we stayed their on tw...

Le sutra is my favourite hotel in Mumbai. I stayed in many 5 star hotels but le sutra has more than other hotels. The location is great. Every room has its own particular design and feel. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The restaurant Out of the blue is connected to it and serves a nice breakfast. Especially a variety of delicious dosas. I will definitely com...
Cheap places to stay in Mumbai

It was hard to find this hotel as it is inside from the main road. From out side just got disappointed by the out appearance of the hotel. Inside the hotel is maintained properly. Service is O.K. what they promised in their manifesto is correct. It is not a suitable place for the travellers who like to stay some more days to enjoy Mumbai city attraction. This is only f...

It is close to Mumbai Airport and has an OLAR of less than 90 rupees in the morning, which is the only advantage of this HOSTEL. Others are not worth mentioning at all. The surrounding environment is chaotic, the space is small, etc., making the accommodation experience very bad. 距离孟买机场很近,早上打OLAR不到90卢比,而这是这家HOSTEL的唯一优点。其它根本不值一提。周边环境混乱,空间狭小等等,让住宿体验非常糟糕。

The room they sell on agoda is actually without curtains, but one shown in photos is with curtain. But they upgraded me promptly. AC was good, bed was good, privacy maintained. Only issue is that if one person out of 40 talks loudly or creates any noise, it disturbs all.

The staff members are cooperative and ensuring support as much as they can. The room and small but proving at reasonable rate. The cleaning should be more effective. Toylets and bathrooms are cleaned enough. Overall nice hotel to stay at a reasonable rate and in main city area.

Facilities are nice, but the staff is more corporate, not really a youth hostel.. So if you're looking for a more traditional youth hostel with people hanging out outside partying then this isn't your spot. The crowd was mostly dudes who were just stopping over then catching a flight at BOM, and people who live/work in Mumbai. But, if all you want is a bed and a shower...

This hostel is very new and the whole staff is trying to make the best out of your stay. The manager is a very nice man who you can have good conversations with and the hostel dog is just adorable. The common facilities are very nice and you can even wash your clothes in their washing machine for 100 Rs. The only thing I would improve is to include the breakfast in the...

Like the rest of Mumbai it this Place ist a little expensive, still here you geht good value: Clean Sheets+rooms, a nice roof top for chillig, helpful staff. A great plus: Public Transport options next door are great If you want to discover mumbai. Would definately come back!

The hostel space was properly organised there were adequate bathrooms and clean bunk beds. The Aircon should have been in the operation in the afternoon aswell. Nevertheless the hosts were really amiable and met a great bunch of travellers. I really enjoyed my stay there ♥️

Other guests kept looking at me and it was uncomfortable but after a while I realized they weren’t racist but loved to see foreigners lol ..I enjoyed talking to them on daily basis and telling them about My Country ...the rooms, pod, hallways and bathrooms are super clean without any dirt . Staff are friendly and helpful.I didn’t have the app to order food and they we...

Hi I stay more then ten days this dormitory I m nt sutisfiy of service ..they ve breakfast including bt they just serve qulity less tea and 2 bread with jam.....in charge is very rude person. Bt there's another guys 'Dildar' he has knowhow to treat with guest ...I appreciate to. His behavior...and I noticed that he is the one best person who can. Move hotel.

I was booked the hotel, bcause of good discounted offer. Discounted offer does not mean compromise the comfort. The hotel room is rigid. The walls are not clean. The furniture and toilet are substandard. There is no restaurant at the hotel. It was a like lodging. What else to say, really least expected unpleasant stay.

As a solo female traveler, the time I arrived in Windsor Hotel I thought it was a huge mistake. The building is old and might need a good hand, and being my first time in India, I was very concerned about the looks of the street where it was located. But let me tell you, after a couple nights staying I couldn't have asked for a better place. Personal is super kind, and...

I looked the hotel up online and had no trouble checking in. Once there I realised that internet access was quite shaky with relatively poor network strength in the 1st floor. Hot water was provided upon request. The room I stayed in was clean and didn't have any noteworthy quirks but a few acquaintances I made there who stayed in the rooms next to mine had poorly vent...

Its a cheater. Ive booked via agoda and made payment. When my uber driver reached the said location, in midnight, we couldnt seen any visibility of the hotel. When my uber driver helped me to call this hotel notified them ive booked via agoda they said no rooms and shut down the phonecall. When try to call the line is down. I ended up have to find another hotel in the ...

The receptionist didn't allowed me check in and said he has not received the money from Agoda as hotel voucher. I showed him my voucher but said he had no entry record in my name. I had no choice but to leave despite repeatedly showing him mails from Agoda to no avail. Don't book this property via Agoda. waste of time.

The location is at the heart of Chembur, walking distance from local-train station. About half an hour drive to reach Mumbai CSMT train terminus, very close to LTT train terminus and 45 minutes to airport. A nice place to stay with a good restaurant and a cafe. However, note that the outside area is like any other market place of Mumbai suburb, which are often not very...

Come on guys, it’s a hotel? Just imagine You will not find tower in shower room, you need call and they will give you one towel#its a crap!!! Second you need to inform to switch on the AC and operator will on. Every day you need to call and get new user id and password for WiFi. No drinking water available in room, you need to call and they will buy from shop. No food ...

i was a little worried about mumbai. it's one of the biggest cities in india and it is the most expensive. luckily we found the traveller's inn. the traveller's inn is located in the fort area on a really nice and very quiet street(which is remarkable for mumbai) but you'll still be within walking distance to nearly everything you'll want to see. the staff is in...

It was a good stay. I used this hotel to prepare for my MBA exams which was at an institute 5 mins away. It was comfortable and relaxing. The only issue was that there was an event right outside the Hotel that started in the evening and went on till 12 in the night which effected my study time. But, this probably was not a permanent event. Over all, it was all good.

Very convenient facility. Staff are willing to help you whenever needed. There is a long way to climb the stairs to reach the elevator to enter the Hotel. Very decent rooms as per the website. Room service must be improved for a lengthy stay in. Wifi connection needs to improve as there was constant drop in signals and connections.

This concept of space look-alike pods should be introduced in the vicinity of all the airports wherein it has a dual role - as a transit hub or a couple of days stay. Ideal for a solo traveler. This premise was neat and clean, good security and with a very friendly staff. The pod had all the required facilities and was very comfortable.

I would say this is the best hotel to stay if you are in Thane. It's confortable, the location is very good, the restaurant is great and the best is the staff: helpful, kind and friendly. Many thanks to everyone including the reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff and managers.

Aesthetics are really good. In-room Facilities were excellent. Breakfast was really good. Totally loved at the discounted deal price i got it. Room were spacious and clean. I visited Mumbai again with family and wanted to book fern again but could not find 2 rooms as we were two family travelling together.

I was only in Mumbai for one night and the staff arranged for a driver (Suleman) who took me all over the city that night then came back the next morning to show me many of the other sights. The room was big and the bed comfortable. Compared to the rest of India Mumbai is expensive, but the hotel is nice, staff are great and it's a good location. Easy to get to the ai...

I am a regular traveller to Mumbai and do not have a high opinion on its 3 star properties which lack customer-friendliness and are overpriced. Hotel Suba International was a refreshing surprise. Everything was done with clockwork precision be it the pickup, check-in, breakfast, room service and even drop-off at airport at unearthly hours. I found it exactly what a bus...

The Sahil Hotel is probably one of the best hotels that I have stayed in all of India. Situated at the Mumbai Central and surrounded by the Muslim majority area, this hotel is at a prime location. There are many shops around and the also a restaurant names Arabia near it which serves delicious meal from very early morning to late night. The Sahil Hotel staffs are very ...

My family and I were only staying the one night before travelling to Pune. Our rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us with our enquiries. It was a little out of the way of Mumbai central but that was mostly my fault for not checking more carefully. Apart from that we were very ...

There is no amenities like it should be in a 4 star hotel. when i asked some staff which star it is they told 5 star property.Swimming pool was so small that it stats and ends and you don't know abt it. The hotel is well located with short walking distance to Juhu beach. Very well welcomed by Ms. Rachelle with a wide smile on her face & very professional behavior during both checkin & checkout process. The hotel also accommodates an average gym & pool which is not normally available in other hotels within high rates areas of Mumbai. This hotel has one of best rated ni...

Good choice to stay in Mumbai. Nice room, comfortable bed, fridge, nice bathroom, newspaper in the morning, room service, good breakfast and good hotel restaurant. We were there for overnight stay between the flights. The staff at the reception was very friendly and arranged us taxi to the airport on time. Even though we overslept we managed to catch the flight. Also t...

From check in onwards everything was superb. First off my room was upgraded - not often that happens without a loyalty card! There is a small a la carte restaurant with well prepared and nicely presented food. The buffet adjacent to the lobby is more than adequate if you have less time. This same area is used for breakfast. The staff are proactive and try to anticipate...

My stay at Hotel Yogi Executive for 2 nights and 3 days was a very comfortable one, especially since I had meetings in Navi Mumbai. The check-in and check-out hardly took any time and the staff was very cooperative. The room (upgraded to Designer) was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel provides very good access to Navi Mumbai and it is on the main road, so it is ...

The hotel is fine. May be the price is higher that what you have expected to based on idea it's a 5 star hotel. Compared to Europe hotel it could be 3.5 - 4 stars. The staff is gentle and smiled and most important useful. enjoyed our stay at novotel mumbai juhu beach. i definitely recommend upgrading to the premier floor. the little extra money is definitely worth it, as the lounge offers great food. the food in the hotel, including the lounge, is extremely tasty. you just have to find out what time the food is served in the lounge, otherwise there is only tea and coffee. the break...

What lovely tasting food despite being made on a mass scale at the buffet breakfast! Fresh, wholesome tastes coming through just like it is at home, unlike other similar hotels in Mumbai... well done guys! I took a chance by stepping out of the usual list of brand-name hotels, and to be honest, I was not expecting much. I've never been so happy to be so wrong! The facilities, security, and the rooms were easily on par with any 4 star, the rooftop pool was sparkling clean, and whereas the room service was a little slow and overpriced, I don't really have a genuine compla...

the courtyard by marriott hotel in mumbai maybe near the airport, but that doesnt mean you wont have any activity within the area. fastfood, some restaurants and convenience store can be found within the area. the staff are very helpful, respectful, and accommodating. i wish to stay here again in case i will visit mumbai. the breakfast selection maybe quite limited...

Great hotel in a good area. We received a pickup from the airport. Lovely journey and the driver was really helpful in telling us bits and pieces about Mumbai. Ate out by the Juhu Beach food place on the first day. Really cheap and good food. Ate in the hotel a few times and the food was good and the all you can eat buffet was good value (compared to the UK not to...

Cons: Room wasn’t ready, kept me waiting for almost an hour at night 11pm. Longer waiting for check in and check out Weak service recovery execution. Breakfast not up to the mark. Lack of staff coordination. No free airport shuttle. Pros: Upgraded to Jr. suit (but front line staff could have handled it better) Location and property.

i've stayed in a number of the top hotels in mumbai as i frequent the city for work and the sofitel is by far one of the best i've stayed in. it's location in bkc is well differentiated from the rest of the hotels in mumbai as it offers a central location at the same time that the area in general is not as congested compared to say, nariman point. the hotel itself is...

the park navi mumbai offers a value for money stay for business travelers like me. its a five star hotel but the rooms rates are less than half of other 5 star hotels in mumbai.i stayed in a luxury garden view room which had no garden view but the room was very comfortable and had all the amenities that you can expect from a 5 star hotel. the staff is also very helpful...

Those who appreciate highly attentive service will like this hotel--for me, it was a bit too much. I had a drink at a bar and in that hour, six different hotel staff came by to ask me if I was enjoying myself IN ADDITION to the two people serving me. At the buffet, I couldn't help myself to food--I had to have someone there to collect the items for me. I also found th...

We had been in India for a friends wedding and decided to have a nice two night stay in this hotel. We based this on high scores on the review section on Agoda and with the brand that we have stayed in before and trusted. The hotel had upgraded us which was a very pleasant surprise. The rooms were great and very comfortable. On the final evening of our stay, we had d...

It was first hotel in India for my life. All of staff there were so kind and very nice. Also they asked as for the drink some times, that's really convenient as we didn't need to...

Most beautiful city in India. People are friendlier and not so many con artists. Goods are relatively priced well and higher end shops sell quality products.
Just go and visit. You may like it or not.We enjoyed our stay.If nothing else at least you can say, you were there.
MUMBAI LOOKS CROWDED, PEOPLE EVERYWHERE, CAR EVERYWHERE... BUT PEOPLE ARE VERY HUMBLE. YOU FEEL FREE THERE, VERY SAFE, NIGHT PUBS THRIVES TILL LATE NIGHT .
Absolutely unliveable city for long time. Roads are only built for vehicles and not for humans. No pavements to walk and if you try to cross the road, stop breathing and cross and take a deep breath when you get to the other side .
It's a buzzing city and looks like roads are only built for cars and Rickshaws. 99% of the roads are not walkable .
Big city atmosphere. I only come here for business if I must and sometimes use this as a transit point within in India.
Local train is good way to explore this city around, very cheap only Rupee 10.00 almost nothing but must knownthe destination and which station must go down.
It`s one of the best cities in India. Climate is comfortbale and people are very kind and reliable than people in other cities.
Mumbai has a certain attraction that's hard to fathom, yet, is very enjoyable. There's the constant traffic with persistent hooting, yet, this does not become a bother.
A great city and need a local guide or a friend who lives in mumbai with transport to takes us around.
Ich würde mir ein Taxi mieten und mir die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten ansehen, ich würde mit dem Schiff zu einer der Inseln, wie z.
Good place to visit and explore its great old architectural buildings like CST, Church gate, Municipality building, High court etc Colaba, cuffee parade area is good for marketing and eating out.
Mumbai is crazy busy with traffic, slums, the rich, the very poor, beggars and flash car. It is a city of extremes.
Mumbai is over crowded city with the high population. They have a lot f heritage building, but unlucky they not well maintain.
It is overpopulated. I was amazed to see so many people. The city doesnt sleep. You do get annoyed when many photograhers approach you at the same time at famous sites and it is very difficult for them to except "no" as an amswer.
The historical buildings are great sight seeing agenda. This magnificent building have blended historical insights.
Mumbai is a good place to visit. It is rich in culture and history, and has lots of good food. Once downside is that it is very crowded and traffic is terrible.
Traffic all day long, very hard to find a taxi in the night as they don't stop for passengers mostly.
LOCAL TRANSPOTATION IS VERY GOOD TO USE LIKE - AUTO`S,TAXI`S,BUSES,METRO,LOCAL TRAINS AND LONG DISTANCE TRAINS
