This Hotel is very acceptable. The staff are friendly and speak adequate English. The rooms are well presented though very similar in design and style as many Hotels in the price range. It is a shame that information in the room is lacking in everything except a detailed explanation of every possible item in the room and how much it will cost you if damaged or missing on check out. For the first time, I encountered a central control panel beside the bed that takes care of the air conditioning, the tv. But I didn't find out until I went to reception to ask why my TV didn't appear to be working. Power comes from a button on that Control panel and then the remote comes into use to switch on and select Channels etc. They could easily provide more useful information in the room about the hotel and its facilities. But this is a small gripe and I have no problem in recommending this as a nice place to stay and within 5 minutes walking distance to "Terminal 21". One of the best Malls in Thailand, I think.

I had a business trip to Nakhonratchasima for 4 days so I had been staying at Dusit Princess Korat Hotel for all 3 nights. During my stay at the hotel, though the hotel decoration might not be at the best but it was very comforting and relaxing for the stay over. All the staffs were very kind and supportive with smiles. Moreover, there're many selections of breakfast line, especially the fried pan egg is excellent.

Last minute booking and very lucky to have chosen this hotel. Staff are professional, helpful and make your stay a happy experience. Rooms are good, clean and have the addition of a kitchenette which could be useful for a family. Breakfast is provided and is satisfactory it can get very busy before 0830 with the business men needing to eat and go earlier. Best restaurant by far is the Grill Room on floor 20, all the meals taken there we’re exceptional beautifully cooked using the best and freshest ingredients. The restaurant is renown for the quality of the steaks, not tried but they certainly looked good. Plenty of parking and space to relax - 100% recommended.

the purpose of my trip was to attend a running event. I booked this hotel as it was nearby the venue. The services provided were outstanding - the staff were friendly and helpful, transportation was provided for all runners to and from the hotel and breakfast hours was also extended to accommodate for us afterwards. Overall one of the best hotels I've been to and highly recommend to anyone travelling here on any purpose.

The nearby Dusit Princess was full, but found this hotel for a good price and booked. Good choice. Adjacent to new shopping complex with plenty of restaurants. Hotel is nice design, industrial but with plenty of fresh air. Large modern rooms. A few small issues but nothing serious and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was OK, small choice but not many guests staying. Would stay again if passing through Korat.

One of the best memorable trip for my family. We have 5 adults and reserved three Winter room. The room is big and nice design. Bed is huge and comfy which can fit for 4-5 person. A lot of window in the room that you can enjoy the natural view. Nice bathroom with the big bath tub. We stay here for golf course which is the great experience, nice golf course with fresh air. The resort have a nice and private pool. Only drawback is the distance from the lobby to the room which is a bit far. You have to take the golf car service which is not convenient especially at night and raining. Overall, one of the best trip for my family. Definitely will come back again when we visit Khao Yai.

keeping in mind that it is now the rainy season in THAILAND,except for a few brief flooding od the roads, staying at the b2 hotel was fantastic..all staff are so nice and accommodating, especially the GM ,KHUN XX..he speaks English very well , although I speak Thai too. it a short walk to one of the main roads , where you can sit and have woderfull...BORAN coffee as was in the ancient times of Thailand.. there is every food you want albeit , getting exercise as you do...I enjoyed ..KORAT..in ..NAKON RACHASIMA ..immensely.. However, taxis are a bit of a mafia group, they don't have metres and if you want to travel only half a kilometer, its 100 bhat All the major malls that is...TERMINAL 2. ..THE MALL...and CENTRAL PLAZA..are all only a short drive or ride a way............I HIGHLY REOMEND B2 BUDGET HOTEL.....

The Zenith Residence is a new establishment, easily accessed just off of one of the main roads through town. The rooms are simple and bright with an interesting shower and toilet arrangement. Sleeping was no problem. We stayed just the one night and would return again for “just the one night”. To stay longer, however, would be tiring. The only soft place in the room is the bed. The seating is designer, wooden boxes which are OK when ‘working’ at a computer but NBG for relaxing on to read a book or watch the TV. Even the lobby lacks soft seating. Breakfast is simple and limited but does the job. No restaurant/bar facilities yet (Oct 2016) but appears to have an interesting development underway. Also has a large fitness centre facility associated with it.

I would recommend staying in this hotel only if you are looking for the best customer service in ALL of Asia. I could leave countless examples of my amazing experiences at this establishment, but no one wants to read an essay, so I will simply say Sineenat (Khun Up), the manager, will make your stay legendary. If I every have a reason to stay in this area again I WILL be staying at the Beverly Hills hotel. To the staff of the Beverly Hills, thank you very much for making me feel so welcome! Unique Features: Lake front property with a 2-mile (3.2 km) running track, next door to a temple, and close to the Royal Thai Air Force base if you are here for business (Ex: Cobra Gold).

We stayed here for 4 nights in January 2017. As the title says, it's a nice new hotel, well furnished with a comfortable bed and good air con. Each room has two sets of cutlery and crockery, along with a microwave and sink. Room is big and clean, but could do with a bit more 'characer' - the walls are a bit bare. The location is great for access to the Korat mall, but not so great if you want to be in the heart of the old city. Seemed to be frequented mostly by business travellers. Good access to the train station, and around 80THB from the bus station or Terminal21 mall. There's not many places to eat close by (8 Bistro directly out front, but looked expensive!). Still, there markets are very close and there's a great selection of curries, rice and meats that can be bought for next to nothing and reheated in your room. Some of the best food we've eaten in Thailand! Staff are nice, especially the restaurant staff. Breakfast in the morning was good, food was hot and constantly refilled (as we arrived late after the crowds!).

Loved staying at the Korat hotel. A friend and I are cycling through Thailand and I have to say that without a doubt, this was the best hotel we've stayed in Thailand and we've stayed in several 5 star during our 3 month trip. This whole trip we've stayed in many hotels and every single one had a big problem with mosquitoes in the lobby and rooms. The Korat was the FIRST hotel in all of Thailand this trip that I saw absolutely zero mosquitoes in my room or in the lobby during dinner at the restaurant. So whatever they do differently from all the other hotels in Thailand should be patented. The room was nice, great shower, English channels on TV, and very comfortable bed; got great sleep there. I'd highly recommend this hotel!

Did a booking slightly less than 24hrs before our visit. Upon reaching, we were told that no records of our booking. Staff made serval calls and realize that rooms were over booked and they upgraded us to supreme room for free. Staffs were all welcoming and helpful, guiding us around korat. Shower water flow is good however should change shower head to different shower spray designs as existing is a traditional design.

Hotel is great very clean and big rooms. The hotel looks as if it has just been built I highly recommend it. The price is great as well. Only negative this is that it’s a little far out but if you have your own transportation the distance is not a problem at all. I have a motorcycle so Location was not a problem for me. But beware of police check points at night conducting DUI enforcement and they are serious about it now days .

Som O House hotel is everything as shown in the pictures. Nice new building with roomy, nice and clean rooms. A good bathroom with a separate shower, so the rest of the bathroom stays dry. WiFi works well and is quite fast. Breakfast is buffet style, catering somewhat more to the local clientele than westerners, but there is coffee, tea, juice, bread (white and whole wheat), butter and jam, fried eggs, salad. Staff was friendly, helpful and forthcoming all the time. I speak Thai, so I don't have any idea about the English skills of the staff, but in the room was quite a list of instructions, only in Thai, making it very difficult to understand. The surroundings of the hotel are quiet, but the let down for us was the sound proofing in the hotel itself. We had the bad luck, to have a child running around all night in one of the rooms above us, keeping my wife awake. The TV's are mounted onto the walls, which led to us being woken up at 6 in the morning by the TV from the room next to us and on the following night being kept awake till 1. Luckily the staff, when asked, did a much better job on asking our neighbor to reduce the volume than I did myself. All in all, a very nice hotel, but you have to be lucky with the person in the next room. Wiebe

Good location, great staff. Comfortable and inexpensive boutique hotel. I've stayed there 5 different times, from a few days to a week and a half. Every time I think of trying somewhere else, I search, search, search, and then pick Urban Bamboo again. Book early to get best room selection (some rooms smaller than others, some have refrigerators, some don't). Also, 4 stories and no elevator, so perhaps not perfect in that regard for everyone.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was close to the SportBar and the George and Dragon Pub, which was perfect for Thai New Year (Songkran). The included free breakfast was delicious! Although it was not a buffet breakfast, we were given 3 choices - all of which were great. Only drawback was that the bed in our room was very hard, which made it difficult to sleep. This seems to be standard for budget hotels in Thailand, however, and not an issue with this hotel in particular.

I have stayed here a number of times its a serviced 1 bedroom apartment . If you want good internet ask for a room on the top floor. The Swimming pool (important for me) is superb, and so is the gym. Breakfast is traditional Thai the menu is in Thai but it is very cheap you can add an egg . Its quite far from the centre of town but to eat you can cross the highway via a pedestrian overpass and eat at the Central Plaza mall 's very good food court or the traditional Thai bar-b-q restaurant before the mall. I will return.

nice hotel.. comfy bed... excellent restaurant... competent staff and reasonable price. thai people stay here. you're in thailand so hang out with thai people!..you'll be loved to death as opposed to having to duke it out in your usual farang hangout ;-). no swimming pool, but it's unlikely you are in nakhon for vacation anyway. the restaurant is very good as i said.. be sure to order the pan roasted cashews and green curry. the landscaping is quaint and the gardener does a nice job of taking care of three giant bird of paradise plants there.he is very good with orchids. this is not waikaloa village on the big island, but if you are a plant person, the orchids will keep you snapping photos. this place is hard to beat for the money..free breakfast..best to eat:thai food. wife is getting some dental work done in the city and i am staying there again next week. some excellent dentists in nakhon ratchisima also.

We've stayed in many places across Thailand and Vietnam, and we would have to say U Place is one of the cleanest places we have stayed. We got our room for less than 500 baht, and it was an excellent deal. The hotel is right across from the Korat Mall. There is a food market a block away, as well as a 24 hour Family Mart right around the corner. The room was modern and well taken care of. If you are looking for a budget hotel, look no further. It was a joy to stay there, and with the great location, it makes it a no brainer. Thanks for the enjoyable stay U Place. We will be back.

We check into this resort after spending 2 weeks travelling in North-Eastern Thailand. Wanted to get a good rest before heading home and this resort turn out to be a perfect choice. It is about 20km outside downtown Korat and totally out of the bad traffic in Korat, yet not too far and we can still drive to Korat for lunch to get the good food that Korat has to offer. It is also minutes from the great shopping at Dan Kwian. Most of the time, we just spend enjoying the peaceful environment, before heading to the nice resturant just before sunset to enjoy a great dinner in an outdoor set up. The color of the sunset and its reflections on the lake is priceless yet free. Before check out, I was able to have a few swings at the driving range. A tray of golf balls cost baht...

The Junior Suite was excellent value for money. Nice and spacious, with a lovely sofa set in the corner. King sized bed, a little firm by Western standards, but if you travel Asia you get used to that. Linen was clean. Compact balcony, with sliding doors you could open to let in the breeze in the evening. Decor was a bit worn, but all perfectly clean and functional. Shower was reasonably strong and hot. Toilet required a bit of contortion to use. If you get the same room as me, you may have to remove the paper from the wall hanger, and place it somewhere more easily reached. Otherwise, a bit of yoga is required. Slept pretty well. The hotel is in a good location, with lots of restaurants and cafes about, but it's in a quiet alley off the road. Only disturbance was the sun lighting up my room quite dramatically in the morning. Just used a sleeping mask to sleep in. Hotel management were very easygoing and flexible. Staff were all very helpful and diligent. This hotel, and that Suite in particular, are among the things I will miss about Khorat.
