"Lack lustre establishment. We had booked a room which was pet friendly. We were put into a 'pet friendly' room which was far away from the reception. Upon arrival we were gouged an extra $15 'pet fee' for the small lapdog we have. After paying the money then we were told there would be no 'free wifi' as the room was too far from the wifi modem in reception! No offer to refund the $15 as compensation was made. Poor customer service... something they obviously have not worked out how to demonstrate yet. Disappointing. "
