Thunder Bay (ON) hotels & accommodations

Sometimes it’s great staff and service and sometimes it’s a great facility. This one was great in both areas. From front desk staff lending me her iPhone charge cord to the awesome pool fun to the gorgeous views on the full back patio. When we’re back in Thunder Bay, this is our hotel of choice!

We spent 3 nights at the Hampton Inn and were very pleased with our choice. The Hampton is located near the airport and was very conveniently located for our needs. The complimentary breakfast offers a wide variety of hot and cold selections, fruits and juices. The rooms are very clean, modern and nicely furnished as the hotel is one of the newer hotels in Thunder Ba...

WIFI was slow and dropped occasionally. Beds were way too soft for my liking. Bath and shower not that great ie: mould in grout, loose tap handles, no exhaust fan (not working) and steamed up really bad, no where to put things like clean clothes or toiletries. Light bulb burned out on table lamp. 3 people in the room but only one chair. TV not very good, limited chann...

My room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Surprisingly quiet, given that the place incorporates a bar - I couldn’t hear any noise from there and I stayed for two nights. The ba...

This Hostel was all around perfect. I actually ended up wanting to spend more time IN the hostel than the city itself. The cleanliness, staff, facilities even down to the decor was all perfect. It didn't feel like a hostel at all, it felt much more homely. I can't fault the hostel in anyway. One thing that stood out to me was the linens! Very tempted to ask where I can...
