Where to stay in Zhuhai
Zhuhai hotels & accommodations

The check in was smooth, the room given to us was overlooking the border gate not as stated when I booked for seaview rooms.Room was clean staff is good and attentive. The breakfast is below par and effort should be made to improved it,overall I will recommend this hotel as it still excellent compare to a lot of hotels in Zhuhai.

this hotel is very convenient for people who are visiting macao coming from guangdong. early in the morning and late in the evening there are not long lines at the immigration desk so that passing through the borders is very easy and fast. you can sleep in this 5 stars hotel in zhuhai for half the price you should spend in macao in a similar hotel. great service and ve...

Regency Hotel in Zhuhai is located very close to the 'Walking Street', the popular shopping area. The other end of the street will lead to the underground shopping complex, a giant shopping madness. The complex will in turn lead to the custom crossing to Macau. Walking time from custom entry to the hotel is about 17 minutes, provided you know the way. Its not difficult...

generally speaking i never stay at non brand hotels. after one night in the zhuhai holiday inn a decent place but no frills and a bit overpriced for china, a local business associate suggested the zobon? waow, upon entering the lobby i did not know if i was visiting a museum or checking in a hotel. staff overzealous but it’s a pleasure. check in while sitting in one of...

It was our first time staying in a hotel in Zhuhai since we live just next door in Macau. Zhuhai has seen a tremendous development in the past two decades - Chinese type of development, with a tendency to homogenize cities. Yet, staying at Novotel was a wonderful surprise. It is located in a rather central point in Zhuhai, near an open shopping centre. The room was of ...

this is a perfectly located hotel in zhuhai with excellent rooms, and very helpful staff.there is a very pleasant aussino wine and karaoke bar in the lobby, and a large karaoke lounge next door within the same building so one has everything he needs at hand. i would stay at this hotel again on my next visit to zhuhai.

Guys, let's make the long story short. Zhuhai Angsana, is a hotel, that U go to Tailand without going to Tailand. The moment I first went in to the resort, it's so so Bangkok resort. The smell, the staffs, the decoration. Everything, makes me feels like I'm in Bankok. Foods are great, rooms are huge (i.e. starting with the lowest room charge, there smallest room is st...

Watched Macau fireworks from the balcony of Macau ocean view room on mid autumn festival night, took very nice photos. It was great experience. Room rate is higher than other hotels down town, but if you want to watch Macau fireworks, Sheraton and St Regis are the only choices. However, if the hotel is full house, dinner and breakfast are problematic. Unless you have b...

This is a rather old 5-star hotel in Zhuhai. At the very beginning, it is reputed as a nice hotel. However, it has not been renovated for years. Facilities are aging. Air-conditioning system cannot accommodate the operational needs. You would notice that the Chinese restaurant has to be equipped with electric fans in hot weather.

I had the most wonderful time in Zhuhai. The hotel was amazing, the front desk staff even though their English was not the best, they did everything to accommodate me. They booked me a city tour that was fantastic and helped me finding out the time for the ferry to Hong Kong. The hotel is located on a quiet street. It was a dream vacation. One of the hostess at the ent...

Was at Zhuhai over the weekend for business and selected the hotel which is between the Border ( 5min drive ) and Water Park. A great seafood restaurant is next to the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful as getting a local taxi would require local apps to get around.

I have purchased ferry ticket through your hotel but I was unable to board the ferry from Zhuhai Jiuzhou Ferry Terminal at 09:35 am to Skypier Hong Kong International Airport. I was instructed by the ferry staff to purchase another ferry ticket Y265 to Hong Kong Ferry Terminal instead. This is because the first ferry ticket was not meeting the flight departing time at ...

The location is close to a nice beach walk. It is a$5 taxi ride to the border to Macau. There is another Jinjiang in Zhuhai that is closer, only a $2 taxi ride to border. Both are inexpensive with soft beds. Bathroom is small. It was quiet. I would definitely stay again

We have stayed in three hotels in Zhuhai during this holiday as we always like trying out different hotels. By far we like Hampton by Hilton the most in Zhuhai, and also better than the other Hiltons we've stayed in in other parts of Guangdong, China. The check in was efficient and friendly (really made us feel welcome), breakfast, though very busy, had a good select...

It is located about 8 km from Zhuhai Gongbei Immigration Port Branch. I called a taxi because I have luggage but the taxi driver was mad that I called because it is located not far away . He just dropped me off anywhere near the street and asked to walk. I ended up walking for another 20 min !! The hotel is clean and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Walking score ...

I've stayed at the Zhuhai Holiday Inn a number of times over the past two months while in Zhuhai on business and the hotel condition and excellent staff have been something on which I could depend. I would recommend this hotel for those on business in Zhuhai, especially those wanting to stay in the Jida area.

Though it's a bit uphill, it's only a few min walk to the main street where you'll find Walmart across the street. There are many delicious restaurants at your choice. It's also near the Zhuhai/Macau border and you can take a day trip to Macau and same day return. The breakfast is more on the Asian style, yet you have the choice of fresh cooked egg.

We satisfied the hotel while we were stayed for 4 days. Service is good and quick, staff are very helpful both in front desk and housekeeper, as well as the Chinese restaurant. Very convenience location that everything just around. Only there is no shopping areas besides the hotel.

I had never stayed at the Hyatt Plaza but usually Grand Hyatt or Park Hyatt if there is a choice. Having gone through the whole experience I am very impressed by the service and the breakfast. I do commend the young gentleman that checked me in and the other ladies close by for their sincerity and helpfulness also being informative especially when my membership could ...

Grand Nest Hotel is a good place to stay if you travel by car. The area is nice, located by the sea. A bit remote from a city centre, maybe not very convenient if you want to live in walking distance from Zhuhai attractions. A quiet place to stay ( except you have noisy neighbours down the corridor). The room price was not high compare to other hotels that make it doub...

Service hotel. Location is a 5 star if your looking to cross to macau daily, 3-4 since i wanted to explore zhuhai for a bit and it has a walk to a bus stop. But thats mostly my fault for being lazy to do my homework. Room was a no fuss room, im fact extremely soft/ cormfortable bed for China's standard. Room was clean, serviced daily. Hotel staff was helpful in all my ...

I was pleasantly surprised upon arriving at the hotel. Paid about night, hence wasnt expecting too much. It didnt help that the taxi turned into a poorly lit run-down neighbourhood. The lobby turned out to be bright and spacious, and the room comfortably spacious. There is internet LAN cable too and many TV channels available. I would describe this hotel as a no-fri...

The hotel is clean and staff are so nice and good . problem is that location is so far from gonpei port as well from chimelong ocean kingdom .I thought it is not that far from boarders of macau but it is really so far and on traffic time in the morning , you need more than 45 minutes to reach the boarders by taxi or to Zhuhai train station . and around 1 hour to reach ...

What an unexpected delight compared to the surroundings. Very minimal English but staff gave 110% and could not do enough fr us. They apologized for the renovations but the hotel was spotless and 5 star quality. Amazingly comfortable king size bed. Exceptional ceiling shower with maximum pressure. All toiletries plus some. Breakfast included although western choice ...

The hotel is located just about 5 min drive from the Gong Bei checkpoint. 3 min walk to the nearest bus stop. There are lots of shops surrounding the hotel and we enjoy some meals and desserts there. The staff is helpful and we would like to express our gratitude to them. For the room, it has similar feel like some boutique hotels that we stayed before. We hope we coul...

it's not management fault that Chinese tenants smoke in the bed in the dorm. it should be more strict when it comes for the smoking policy in the rooms considering that other tenants have problem with that. otherwise it's nice place and helpfull staff who speak good English

It was very good value for money. I booked my mum and sister in here (I live in Zhuhai) It was much nicer than many hotels in china that I have paid more for. The beds were comfy (for china!) with a homely feel. The only downside was the corridor smelt a bit of smoke and the wifi was a little tempremental. The bathroom was nice, with a big window looking into the ...

I little further from the Macau border than many other hotels, this is not necessarily a negative for this hotel. It's easy to find and within relatively easy reach of shopping, restaurants and, placed on a major thoroughfare, is easy from which to access transport. I maintain my dislike for bathrooms with a shower placed over the bath and this does date the rooms. The...

Vienna is a very nice budget hotel for the business traveller. Great location near the Xiangzhou Bus Station and the AEON shopping center. Local buses run nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke some English. Only downside was that there was no safe, refrigerator, or closet in the room. I would stay here again.

Despite I have booked the most luxurious room, the quality isn't there with the highest price. Poor amenities quality including toothpaste, body soap and shampoo. Hot water is not stable. Bed is relatively hard. TV remote control is not working properly.

Pros: Hotel is clean and bright Cons: shower is very bad, water pressure is bad and water gets cold and very warm on its own, the toilet has bad smell due to sewerage issues or so. ..and no coffee and no tea provided, and the door access cardslog needed to update every day but didn't inform us, and no room to room calls.

Hotel is close to New Yuan Ming Palace and Lost City Waterpark. It takes around 15 mins taxi from Gongbei Port to hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable except there were cigarettes burns and a small stain on the carpet.

If you enjoy looking at furniture from 1972 and listening to your neighbors thanks to the thin walls, this place is for you! Overall though it wasn't bad considering the price. The building itself is very nice, rooms are very spacious and location is decent. Wifi is spotty.

When we ask the taxi driver to drive us to the address he didn't know where to drive but when we mentioned the hotel name he directly knew. There is a Hunan restaurant and a massage place nearby. Check-in no problem, rooms are modern, spacious and nice. Comfortable bed, clean, white towels. Doors are not very good isolated against noise because you can hear in the room...

I have been there twice as the hotel rooms are good for families or few couples' acccomodation. You could play sports like swimming, bowling, table tennis and snookers there, just the air-con is insufficient during night time. Don't even try the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, there was a 68折 notice board outside the restaurant, but when we checked the bill, the wait...

Staffs in this hotel is very kind and warm-hearted, they even introduce some place and great restaurant for us. We ordered some food as room service, the food was delicious and made a deep impression on us. However, we came across some difficulties using the room wifi, we hope the problem will be sloved when we check in this hotel next time. All in all , this hotel is ...

Good hotel for Zhuhai in the low to medium price range. My group and i are regular customers, but i dread check-in and out every time, the reception is badly laid out, sitting down, pushy customers try and talk over you and the reception staff operate like it is their first day on the job every time. but the hotel is clean and reasonably priced. Western style hotel r...

Being a frequent traveler to Zhuhai for work, I prefer to stay a little further away from the crowd at the border. For the rates that I had paid, I did not expect much, but was presently surprised. The rooms were much better than many of the more expensive 4 stars hotel in Zhuhai or even Shenzhen. The breakfirst package offer were good value for money at RMB15/set. The...

the feeling of the hotel location quiet and it's outlook is quite new. it's located on main street, easy to find. must take taxi from zhuhai custom, approx. 15 min. I took my wife here for our 13th anniversary and she was impressed. I should mention that we stayed in the a room that was 55sqm with the red and black bed and couch. I can't remember the name of the room, but it is larger than most others. At the time I only paid about 500 rmb including tax for one night, so I think the value of the room was pretty good for the pri...

Wow, we booked this place for a weekend away without the kids. It was tricky to find as it's really in the middle of who knows where, but once we found it....awesome! The place is huge, very grand, and beautiful. Our room was the Baron Suite and it was incredible. We loved our stay here and would stay again at the drop of a hat!

Facilities new and comfortable. Convenient location very near to Gongbei Customs building and opposite the Zhuhai Railway station. The bus station for public bus to Hong Kong Port ,HZMB is across the road where you can take shuttle to HK. Good spread at the breakfast buffet.

My wife and i visit macau every year. this year, we decided to spend a couple of nights in zhuhai to allow ourselves ample time to explore their underground shopping. i booked changan hotel thru agoda and got an excellent 1-day hot sale deal. this property is a five star hotel, offering free breakfast buffet and free use of a well designed in-door pool. breakfast has a...

We booked a king sea view room and were offered an upgrade to larger sea view room. The hotel was very clean and well run, the room service food was great including the western selections. It was a great stay, at first is at doubt as it is not cheap at all on a remote island and new resort without any comment on the web. Turn out it worth the money. Zhuhai is the nearest Chinese city to Macau. If you stay in Macau, you can avoid the high prices by visiting Zhuhai.
We were there in July so it was a little warm, but we had a great time with the hotel personnel and the local folks.
Places to visit are Zhuhai fisher girl, summer palace, Gongbei underground shopping, Lian Hua Lu (walking street), Shijing Mountain, Meixi Archway, etc.
Zhuhai is a port city that connects the special regions of the PRC to the mainland; a good access point for travellers.
Fisher statue, Haibin recreation park, Shi Jing Shan Park, International trade shopping mall, zhuhai departmental store, zhuhai duty free store.
Zhuhai is quite a huge place. It will be better to rent a car or take bus to visit various attraction sites.
underground shopping centre is where most of the reasonable shopping is. But got to bargain for most if not all items with no fixed price tag.

Gongbei underground mall a shopping place must visit cos everything can get it with value money. Zhuhai fisher girl a place to go as this is landmark of ZHUHAI
Very commercialised. Fast growing city good for business. Very close to Macau, Hong Kong, Shengzheng.
Nice place to shop around. Food are nice but have to find correct location. People are not honest, have to be extra careful, better don't talk to any people that come to you.
Must shop at GongBei underground shopping complex. There are restaurants, beauty services provider, etc.
This a great place to get away from both Hong Kong and Macau. Pleasant, clean, affordable, lots of night life.
Since I use to stay in this area only for work, not time to walk around, but I knew that there are so many hot spring nearby, only take an hours bus can rest the resort and spa places.
We went Zhuhai from Hong Kong by ship so I enjoy the 1.20 minutes at the sea. A very beautiful scenes along the coastline.
Zhuhai is a nice place for holiday. Food and accomodation is cheap compared to the neighbouring Hong Kong and Macau.
If you want to save money in accommodation, Zhuhai will be your choice. With cheap hotel, food and good quality.
Zhuhai is a FANTASTIC city to visit. I have enjoyed my trip and I can't wait to go back. It is a clean city located near the water and beautiful landscape.
Excellent! Zhuhai is a shopping paradise. Easy access of transport to all places of visit. Foods are wonderful.
You may hire a taxi to QianShan for Mutton Pot. You can also travel along the East Coast of Zhuhai for Outdoor Activities like beach, zoo, theme parks.
Very friendly city, somewhat more "civil" than other parts of China. Encountered professional staff in hotels and restaurants.
I was in Zhuhai for one day and one night. It is a city with a more relaxed pace of life than guangzhou.
I return to this city at least once on my trips to China due to it's exciting shopping in the Gongbei area.
Its very convenient to cross over to Macau, and once you get to macau there is free shuttle services to almost all major hotels.
Very clean , no litter or graffiti.. beautiful plants and a good temperature .. \best get a local unless you speak Mandrin or similar .
busy gongbei and port plaza area is most attractive to visitor, closing over to Macau at the immigration can be quite frustrating
Zhuhai is very good for those who travel to Macau and want to visit China. You can use free shuttle bus at Airport to Casino then from Casino to Gongbei Custom.
lazy but bustling, especially lian hua lu area, there are cheap open air bars on the roadside where you can enjoy a cold beer and watch the street scenes
The Bar street or Jiu ba jie is a short stretch of bars and restaurants that are quite nice to hang out at for the younger crowd.
THE ZHUHAI IS QUITE CLEAN CITY. CAN ENJOY EATING SEAFOOD ESPECIALLY THE ABALONE AND OSYTER IS VERY CHEAP.
