Stayed here for 6 nights. Check-in is promptly at 3:00PM, but they will gladly hold luggage until then. I also believe they will check someone in early if the bed is done and if it is pouring rain outside. My capsule was right next to the door so I could hear everyone coming in or going out and also when I needed something from my stored luggage there was a slight chance I would be bumped by the door. This was a minor nuisance and I would gladly take it than having to climb to a top bunk. Included with the bed were a bottle of water, a pair of disposable slippers, and a towel. A/C in rooms, hallways, and common areas were cold. No A/C in any of the bathrooms. First couple of days were great for me and then I started to notice things, but none were the establishment's fault. Your stay will depend on the type of guests that share the rooms and bathrooms with. On one occasion, I walked into a bathroom and the toilet looked like it had exploded pudding around it. I immediately walked out after seeing it. Don't know how someone can not clean up after themselves. when there is a bidet and plenty of tissue. On another occasion there was a creepy guy waiting in the middle of the bathroom stalls and telling people what bathroom to use because he wanted to use a specific one. And after finishing my business, he was still in the middle of the hallway. I've seen him do this twice. Overall, this is a great place to stay with some minor issues. I recommend this for solo travelers or couples, but not families. I believe they offer separate rooms for families on a different level.

“Comfy stay at Cube Boutique Capsule ”
This is my first experience staying in capsule hotel. I was nervous for my first time staying in capsule hotel, but as soon as I reach CUBE boutique capsule hotel at Smith street, I felt safe and cozy environment. The staffs are friendly and teaching us all we need to know for our stay, from bathroom, toilet, locker and gave us tour to our room. I stayed at Banda room, every guess must take off shoes and keep in shoe locker in order to enter the room. The room is clean, quiet and the capsule is just nice for me and my friend to stay. Bed is comfy, fresh bed sheet and towel. They have USB plug for charging in the cube as well.. There's also luggage locker under our bed that's just nice for 2 small luggage (20-22"). No elevator just like other capsule hotels I think. So I recommend this hotel for backpackers or single traveller with small luggage. The location also strategic, 5 mins walk from Chinatown MRT Station. There's free breakfast also for all guest that's more than enough for budget traveler. They have hot simple meal like fried kway tiaw, noodle, toast with various jam, cereals and milk, coffee and tea, water dispenser, boiled egg and egg station where u can make omelette, sunny side-up or scrambled eggs by yourself. For me, definitely I will stay in CUBE boutique capsule hotel at Smith street again if I travel to Singapore next time.. It has all I need as budget traveler in a proper way.
