Room: Clean and spacious enough for me and my kid plus 1 big and 1 small luggage. Having a hair dryer is a plus for me and they also clean the room daily even if we didn't request :) Coffee and Tea: Also being refilled daily. TV: The signal of all the channels were weak, we really didn't get a chance to watch any programs while resting. Staff and Support: A few months before our arrival, I emailed their support if we could leave our 1 big luggage for 2 nights after checkout since we would be going to Legoland and I didn't receive a reply up until now :). When I asked the staff at the hotel, they said they couldn't accommodate our request since it's after the checkout already. I asked if they could give as complimentary since we stayed for 3 nights but no luck. Good thing, Hotel 81 which is just beside IBIS was generous and kind enough to store our luggage for 2 nights before our check-in at their hotel. I still recommend IBIS if you're not planning for any special requests during your stay. Thanks!

House keeping services was great , my room was cleaned daily . Reception staff from morning to late evening were always helpful and had a smiling face ready all the time , makes you feel happy too. Distance from this hotel to Bugis junction was just a few streets . MRT was inside the mall , so accessible to go to different areas in SG. I would gladly go back to this hotel Ibis Budget Bugis , Bugis area. So many different restaurants nearby too. And Museums to visit was just a few streets away . Safe country to go to . I stayed with my child for 3 nights. My first impression was that the room was small. But it was tidy and clean. The bathroom was also small but clean. There were white towels. A water dispenser was available on the ground floor. The sink water was drinkable. A kettle for hot water was available in the room, along with coffee and tea sachets. The room on the 3rd floor is just to the right after getting off the elevator. But there was no noisy sound. The air conditioning was cold. Even without air conditioning, the ventilation was cool enough for sleeping. The location is close to Bugis Junction, MRT, and the bus stop. The receptionists were friendly, namely Chloe along with Zaki and Cheryl. Next time, I will definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff (Irene and Lynn) was super friendly and helpful with checking us in early even though we arrived a couple of hours before the official check in time. The hotel itself is clean and comfy, strategically located near food centres, bus stop, and MRT stations. It’s also walking distance to Kampong Glam area. The hotel has an elevator, provides all basic facilities, they have a water dispenser in the lobby. My only regret is to not have stayed another night.

this is, by far, the best budget hotel out there. i had no expectations since it's a budget hotel but turns out they really exceed my expectations 1. the staff was really friendly and helpful! we got really early morning flight and went to the hotel to store our luggage, but the concierge offered us an early checkin instead! we got our room at 10am and everyone was so friendly and helpful! 2. clean room we got lucky because we got a room with really big windows. got our room clean and towels changed daily! the cleaning uncle on our floor is really nice too 3. good amenities although it's a budget hotel, they still provide good amenities in our room. we got toiletries, water kettle, instant teas and coffees, and hair dryer! they didn't provide mineral water so you have to buy your own 4. location is a top notch! it's really close to anywhere! next to the hotel is a 7-eleven, so if u need something you can just go down and went to the 7eleven we literally walked everywhere during our stay here because it's just so convenient! there are various bus stops nearby too and near to the bugis MRT. would go stay here if i ever go to singapore again! thanks!
