This hotel's in an ideal location with lots of popular attractions and shopping areas nearby. The staff are exceptional, friendly, and always ready to help guests. The rooms are pristine, cozy, up-to-date, and have lovely views. You get your money's worth at this hotel, with daily room cleaning, complimentary mineral water, coffee, and tea. Plus, it's close to the subway station and bus stop, and Lotte Mart is easily accessible via the underground.

Very nice hotel, quite new! Room is clean, looks and smells clean. It is comfortable and cozy. We like the style of the room with small pantry and a sink. Very helpful to have an extra sink outside the bathroom. We had a good view of the ocean. Very good location, near subway station, just a few walks from exit 2. Staff are kind and helpful. They can speak good English and can communicate very well! Good wifi connection. And to top it all, this is very budget friendly hotel. This is really a good catch for foreigners looking for a good place to stay without being expensive . We really enjoyed our stay . Should we have another opportunity to visit Busan, we would love to stay here again

This was a perfectly fine hotel for my 4 day excursion to Busan. As a solo traveler, I’m just looking for a clean, safe place to sleep and don’t need much more than that. This hotel fit the bill quite well for me…especially at the attractive price I paid for it. While most of the amenities are brand new in this hotel, the room does have some odd quirks to it. There’s step up into the room and a step down into the bathroom that I guarantee you will stub your toe on at least once during your stay. The fancy light switch panel that handles the entire room is so bright at night, I had to tape a sock over top of it. The bathroom is in all-in-one toilet shower combo room. In the end, these are small inconveniences to deal with when you’re paying USD $40/night. Location-wise, this is a good choice if you’re going to Busan more for the markets, shopping, and food (you’re right across the street from all of it). If you plan to spend your time more at the beach in Busan, I’d recommend staying more towards Haeundae/Gwangalli.

Plus: Excellent location, near the whole Nampo district attractions including the fish market. Good impression room with great ocean view. Good amenities. Minus: house keeping can be improved. We noted even though we stay 5 nights, the toilet was not cleaned and not once the bed linen was changed, the towels have strong chlorine smell, no flushing toilet paper into toilet is a very in-hygiene practice. No bidet, intelligent flushing does not apply to male. Need more space for luggages. Useless stove and cupboard when there are not cutlery essential provided.

“Room is spacious”
It was a pleasant stay as the room is pretty spacious. But the toilet flush is automatic and it didn't work well and I have to manually flush it sometimes. The automatic flush sensor is on the seat. The moment you stand up, the flush will start but sometimes it didn't work and I have to press the flush button a few times before the water flushed out. The water flush is also not very strong. In my personal opinion, the automatic flush doesn't add on any value to the stay. I rather it be a manual flush and get it done with. Haha... One thing I was surprised that there was a microwave oven in the room and I used it once. :) For bathroom has no differentiation of dry and wet areas and the drainage at the shower area is very slow. So sometimes it got flooded over to the wash basin and toilet bowl area during my bath which I find it too wet. It also takes time for the water to be drained off. The usual paper slippers that the hotel provided is also not comfortable to wear as it is too thin paper. So you may want to bring your own room slipper for comfort.; I would recommend this hotel as it is quite spacious and the location is also good. BIFF is nearby opposite the hotel. Another thing is I have written earlier to request for early check in 2 hours earlier (and I confirmed I will pay for the early check in) and the staff has confirmed for me via email. But when I arrived early, they said they are running full and can't let me check in early. I think they should have informed me in advance if they are running full occupancy. The planning doesn't seem good. If I had known that I cannot check in early, I wouldn't have booked an early train from Seoul to Busan. I could have arrive later. So I'm quite disappointed with this arrangement.
