Where to stay in Haeundae-gu
Haeundae-gu hotels & accommodations

busan paradise hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. the haeundae beach was nearby and the casino was very close. it was conveniently located to the shops and bars so alot of entertainment. very nice and clean, very cozy! haeundae beach had a nice view with lots of restaurants and spacious rooms as well.

Excellent location in front of Haeundae beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the room we stayed in was a little outdated You noticed cracks in the furnitures and counters for a 4 star hotel. But still great price for what you get. Would still recommend.

GOOD THINGS ABOUT SUNSET: 1. The fantastic location. It’s a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. 2. Peaceful location. Traffic was really light in the area, maybe because it’s not summer yet. 3. Convenience stores around! GS 25, Family Mart and 7-11 are almost in the same building. 4. KFC downstairs! 5. Magnificent views – beach view and the city’s as well. 6. Across Ha...

Right above subway (exit 3) and near haeundae beach. Starbucks and 24 hour convenient store below the hotel. Next to DAISO and across of CGV (korean cinema). Surrounded by many good restaurants along the street to Haeundae beach. Really love the haeundae market, where you can find street food. Also near haedong yonggusa temple (by taxi or bus). The room is very spaciou...

I was staying at the WESTIN CHOSUN by Haeundae Beach, which was very good standard, friendly staff nice spacious rooms. I wanted to move to somewhere with a bit of height with a nice view of the city or the sea. Decided to check out the Park Hyatt which had the reputation for being the number one hotel in Busan. As the driver pull up into the forecourt I was greeted...

Whether you are heading to the beach or at a confernence at Bexco, this is a great hotel. It may seem pricey at first but once inside the room, you will appreciate the comforts. The beds are "Koran-style" which means that they are extremely firm and this may be uncomfortable for some but after years living here, they are just right. The TV channel selection is also Ko...

Location : Haeundae is a quite far to the other Busan's neighborhood. From Haeundae to Busan central takes around 50 minutes to 1 hour. But if you really want to stay in Haeundae, this hotel location is excellent, it's near to the beach, market, bus station, subway station, surrounded with many restaurants and convenience store. Room : it is spacious, modern, comple...

The hotel is 5-minutes walking distance from Exit 5 of Haeundae beach and one minute walking to Haeundae beach. There are many restaurants and convenient stores near the hotel. Since I traveled from Jeju to Busan with morning flight and maybe the hotel occupancy was not too high the day before my arrival, I could check in at around 1pm. Nice and helpful staff can commu...

Spacious and very comfortable for families Enough for family of eight Had 2 toilets really convenient Has good kitchen laundry facilities Living room comes with entertainment system but only one bedroom has double bed with ensuite bathroom and walkin wardrobe The other 2 bedroom have no bed only ondol mattress Apartment had gym pool till 9pm But heating is good and l...

Despite the rating here, I don't think that this qualifies as a four-star hotel by international standards (but a solid three-star, maybe even a 3.5 if you must) HOWEVER, this property really is a solid choice for this price range -- great location on the Haeundae strip, steps away from the beach and vibrant food scene. About a five-minute walk from the subway (thre...

Can't beat the location as the hotel is located right on the beach and next to Dongbaek Island. The Bay 101 yacht club, one of the hottest spots in Haeundae area, is also within 2 minute walking distance. Room is super clean and nice. Loved the ocean view, which was truly breathtaking. The sauna, executive club lounge, and pool area are also superb. Services are also...

hotel riviera has a very good hotel in haeundae beach area. you can walk to other destination in 5 minute such as haeundae beach, haeundae subway station and haeundae station. you can found many 24 hour restaurant and convenient store around hotel.

Canvas Hostel is clean, organized, comfortable, and provides great value to all types of travelers who visit the Haeundae area of Busan. Canvas Hostel consists of 2 buildings (right across from each other) on a side street near Haeundae Beach. The staff is friendly and can speak English very well, so don't worry if you're a traveler who cannot speak much Korean languag...

Location Haeundae Beach is across the street, with just the Novotel in between. At a short distance behind the hotel there are lots of local eateries. The hotel is some distance from Seomyeon (where the buzz is) or Jagalchi Market (for sashimi), but both of these spots are right next to subway stations, so it’s ok. Transportation The Seacloud is a far drive fr...

Very nice location! The hotel is located very near Haeundae Beach (just across). You also get good facilities despite the very affordable price. We were just disappointed with the staff since they did not assist us in preparing a packed breakfast since we need to leave early and will not be able to wait for the breakfast opening time. Overall, I will still recommend...

Good hotel , comfy bed. Terrible breakfast do pay extra for it. Some things are not edible. Scrambled eggs floating in water. Under cooked food. Best to eat out. Location is good. Almost all staff treated us like we were a bother with anything we spoke to them about. In a rush rolling eyes even when my husband reached to open his bag to get his passport they requested...

I've stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times. It allowed me to be in the Haeundae area (super close to the subway and 10 minute walk from the beach) but not pay the Haeundae prices for hotels/motels. I think the name "hotel" doesn't fit as it is more a love motel, but the bed is big, rooms are clean, and the bath/hot tub is bigger than the Korean norm.

The place is suitable for travelers who do not have a demand for a high-end facility. The room is more than enough for us two people and our big luggage - we can spread out our belongings and pack easily. The room is simple and tidy. It locates near one of the highly recommended travelling spots in Busan, Haeundae beach. You can have meals and get your snacks easily - ...

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Haeundae area. It's right behind the Grand Hotel and very close to the beach. The building is brand new, so everything felt clean and modern. There is a station where you can rinse off your feet when returning from the beach. I also enjoyed my free manicure. Overall an excellent stay!

The receptionists were very nice when I checked in and out (The nicest Korean I met in Busan). All the equipment in hotel are new and clean. You can use the wash machine and the dryer for free! For location, it is near to Haeundae Beach, but 10 mins-walk to Haeundae subway. Suitable for long-term visitors or familiar with Haeundae area.

This was a great, smaller hotel located on a street full of hotels in haeundae. It was about a three minute walk to the beach, and though it is far from both the bus station and airport, I'm glad I chose to stay here. The room had a great bathroom, including a tub, and they provided all of the bathroom amenities you could need. The room was nice and spacious and was ve...

We booked a two night stay in this hotel but somewhat my booking was mixed up and overlooked but the staff there were kind enough to let us stay in the family room in the first night and the staff room for the second night as they can't find any vacant hotels nearby for us. They have also refunded us for the second night stay. Thumbs up for the staff! They are so poli...

This was a second time at Hanwha Resort Haeundae Tivoli, which provides business travellers (short-term stay) with excellent packages for money. Room was small but clean. Any business travellers visiting to Busan, who may want to walk along the beach in the evening after a long business day, should opt Hanwha Haeundae Tivoli. Nice foods too.
Cheap places to stay in Haeundae-gu

Uncle Guesthouse was a fine place to stay. Location is perfect: right in the middle of the Korean traditional market at Haeundae beach. Price for the room is pretty fair. Air-con in the rooms. The rooms and guesthouse is not big, but perfect for solo travelers looking to save some money and be close to the beach. Main living area does not have a computer available for ...

I think that it's kind of difficult to find a decent place in Busan (especially Haeundae) that's not too expensive, or if a place is cheap, it's full of sleezy people. However, D Plan Space Guesthouse is very decent and doesn't break your bank! It's a little pricey for a hostel, but that's because of it's awesome location (5 minute walk from the beach) and because it's...

Stayed here for 2 nights in early of April 2019. It was a pleasant stay and hassle-free check in. The owner and his dog are really nice and welcoming. It's just few minutes walk from Haeundae subway station and Haeundae beach, not really difficult to find this guesthouse with the help of kakao map. The bed was comfortable and clean, just the blanket was not warm e...

The only bad thing I have to say is that the "Private" room in not "Private" it has 2 beds the way it is currently set up. You book them one by one. When I booked the 2 Beds Dormitory (Private). There was only one left. I had a feeling in was just for 1 adult like agoda says. Yet I was hoping for the private room, since there was 2 of us. The hostel asked the other...

Firstly, the security of Bluefish was beyond satisfactory. Lighting of front desk and corridor was luminous which leave a good impression. Owner was very passion and check in time was flexible. Room was spacious for 2 adults. Self service breakfast was fascinating with full equipped kitchen, eggs, coffee, tea, orange juice, toast, strawberry jam and butter. According ...

The breakfast is poor, just toasts (poor bread) boiled eggs and jam/butter, wich for the price we paid is fairly acceptable, and as expected the english of the staff is poor. They have cats wandering around at all times so common areas are not that clean, but the rooms are realy tidy and the bathrooms are ok too. All things considered it was a good experience, the gues...

I went with 9 friends to Zoom Guesthouse during the chuseok weekend this year. Due to the many traffic jams we encountered we arrived after the check in deadline. But this was no problem. After a call we could enter the Zoom guesthouse. The owner even came back to let is in to our room! The location is also very good. You are approximately 600meters away from the beac...

It was good. The manager who spoke English helped a lot. First by handing me a map which explains the ways in getting to the destinations that I already had in mind, and he was really helpful by recommending local shops which serves local home cook food. Even the other lady who did not speak much English did her best to try explain things to me. It was homely I feel...

The staff helped me book very cheap plane ticket to Jeju Island with Korean Website. It was cheaper than the website i used so i saved about thirty thousands won. Even the check out time was 11, they let me stay until 2 to take the bus to the airport. Thank you for the services you provied for me.

Pobi guesthouse is a 5/10 minutes from the Haeundae subway station, and another 5 minutes walk from Haeundae beach. It's a wonderful location in which to explore the area, and great for a late night stroll on the beach before going back for a rest. The guesthouse is delightful. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful, and works hard to provide information for any/all ...

i've spend in Story guest house was the best of my trip. the best facilities, nice staff is the most important things to me. These are remainds like my hometown. i really miss that place. i met some people there that i will remember forever. Seriously this is the best place to stay. Comfortable, very affordable, neat, near the beach, it's perfect! next i come to korea,...

I like that there's a bathroom inside the room, privacy curtains and lamp per bed. The staff is very helpful. The rooms and common areas are kept clean every day. Location is great - just walking distance from haeundae beach, haeundae market and haeundae station. The only discomfort we experienced is carrying our luggage up and down the stairs.

Close to the beach, airport limousine and Subway. Lovely staff, Clean rooms (we booked a double room) and a good atmosphere. The staff only speaks a few words of English, but were definitely helpful and incredibly nice. Can definitely recommend this to people that are on a budget or not interested in huge hotels.

Don't expected a 5 star hotel. The staff is great and the location is great. This is more of a place for the young. The plus was Mongi, the dog. You can buy soju and beer from the guest house. Con: the beds are not comfortable but okay to sleep on with the AC blasting at night. The bathrooms and common area typically do not have the AC on. It's like a musty dorm ...

It was the cheapest hostel in Busan I have stayed. But It is the best hostel among them. Right Next to one bus terminal of Busan.(You need to double check the destinations before you book a bus... because there are several in Busan.) Right Next to the subway station. Also very close to the most famous beach in Korea. It is just perfect! Breakfast was also great. Well...

I have stayed in Sun & Moon Guesthouse for 5 nights in April 2017. Its location is easy to reach by bus from Haeundae. Its also not too far to get there from Haeundae on foot. I really enjoy the days there and appreciate all the kindness and hospitality from the staff. I am grateful for the reception. I'll choose this guesthouse without a doubt when I go to Busan nex...

Prior to arrival, I was told that there was a mixed up in our booking of 4 adults in a 4-bed dorm but luckily they were able to fix and maintain the original booking. We arrived late at night and although reception was closed, instructions were already sent via email. Room was small just enough for 2 comfortable bunk beds and a very little space to move around. Each be...

First, you should be aware that what you're getting is a repurposed love motel. That said, the rooms are large (albeit dark) and well set up, and the location is very convenient to both the beach and underground, while avoiding street noise. The best part of the hotel is the young lady at the check-in desk (evenings) who is extremely helpful in looking things up, wri...

Off course a love motel, but safe and good for even couples. I have been staying in Korea for more than 6 years, but this is the best Motel I stayed till date. First of all, we booked standard room however, after arriving at the hotel the staff offered us the deluxe room with the same prize. Excellent service throughout our stay of 2 nights and three days. Clean an...

My girlfriend and I's favorite place we stayed at while traveling around Korea for cheap. We stayed at S-One Motel's Superior Double (for incl. tax) in Busan for one night. It was a surprisingly clean room, and had a quaint, yet trendy feel to it. The room's desks were green and bright, as if anime themed (which I enjoyed), and the bathroom was separated by a smoked gl...

this is the first time that we went to busan s-korea this hostel is one of the reasons i really enjoy staying in busan.my first impression was warm welcome from the host his kindness and friendly we will never forget .i love hostel interior design(surrounded with eggs) it's really nice and has a great unique style. the room is also nice new and very clean .there's a li...

I was here with my friend in May'13, it's quite late to give this review but I really want to give this hostel a shout-out. I'd emailed Roy with enquiries before deciding on this hostel, and his replies were prompt and helpful. Upon reaching Busan, I wasn't sure if the airport transfer could get us close enough so I reached Roy via online chat and response was immediat...

If you are looking a place to stay in Busan that near with Haeundae beach. I really recommend this place, I think this is the best place I have choose to stay throughout my travelling in Jeju & Seoul! The room is very clean, bathroom is also very clean!! Very different experience with the one I had in Hongkong... This place is just great. It is also very close with Hae...

We stayed in the 6-bed dorm and the beds were clean and comfortable (quite hard mattresses, so if you prefer soft beds you may be a little uncomfortable but I enjoyed it). The owners were incredibly nice and very helpful and cook you a simple breakfast in the morning (1 fried egg, 2 slices of toast, butter and jam - they gave us more toast when requested). Their Englis...

The hotel is new furnished, simple and modern, it got everything you need and it s deli cozy, we have booked the delux ocean view and the view really worth it. the location is perfect just 5minutes walk to MTR station and bus stop, while the airport shuttle stop is just downstairs! you an find restaurants, coffee shops, currency exchange and even massage store all al...

Not a thing I can find to complain about! After a stay in some less than savoury three star hotels in the area, we moved (after getting a great deal on agoda) to this hotel, and we were happy we did! The rooms were spotless, and very roomy, with modern decor, western style bathroom, large bath tub (with free luxurious products for use), and electric toilet with all...

Narrowed hotel search due to required gym. I booked here due to 4 star rating and gym but when I checked it out, it was horrid. 2 treadmills and two bikes? No elliptical machine or a bench. Heaviest dumbbells were about 20kg. Room was great and bed was comfortable. Didn’t eat the buffet as there are great bbq joints around the corner. Good wine spot connected to...

If you attend BEXCO events the location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel is clean and the staff tries to be helpful (they could not find my jeans which, for some reason, were removed from my room, though). The breakfasts were nothing special - pretty small choice, cold fried eggs and sausages, etc. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and will probably book there ro...

This is best value for money. Just adjascent to Paradise the Casino this is right on beach. The best for a family stay. With cooperating staff, kitchinet, location, nearby provision store and other best amenities at the place, we the two families (two rooms I booked)found it unimaginative good value for money. Language might be a small problem as is throughout S Korea....

I have very much enjoyed Haeundae while staying this quality resort hotel. If you are planing to stay in Marine city, Haeundae, Busan with reasonable price, this should be your one of the choice. (However, if you can afford and looking for the most luxurious hotel near Heaundae, go for Park Hyatt Busan!)

Via’s apartment is awesome. It’s located at walking distance of Haeundae Beach. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We travelled with 4 kids and the apartment was perfect for us. Via was very responsive to our messages. I will definitely recommend Via’s apartment!!
