In addition, across the street is the large shopping mall MH Mall, which can be accessed directly from the subway to the B2 level, making it very convenient. The mall has everything, including shopping, food, and entertainment, making it perfect for families to enjoy. The hotel staff are very attentive. Our group of six arrived at the hotel on July 7th at around 1 pm. Since the registration lobby is located on the 5th floor, we first went through the underground reception lobby. The lobby staff warmly greeted us and provided guidance and recommendations for nearby attractions, including the ecological park, ocean observatory, and go-kart track. During registration, the staff clearly explained the contents of our order, and when we requested extra pillows and blankets after checking in, the housekeeping staff quickly delivered them. After checking out on July 8th, we stored our luggage in the underground reception lobby and returned to the hotel to retrieve it after sightseeing. The staff promptly handled our request. I especially want to thank Simon Kang. Since the children had been walking around all day and were sweating profusely, they needed to change clothes immediately after retrieving their luggage. When Simon learned of this, he immediately led us to the restroom and changing room, ending our entire trip with the hotel's care. After seeing mostly positive reviews online, I decided to book a 3-day, 2-night stay at this hotel. It was very convenient as it was located right behind the subway station. We arrived at around 2 pm and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The front desk staff were polite and had a smile on their faces. The room was clean and tidy, and my whole family was satisfied with it. We booked a package that included breakfast and dinner, and there was a wide variety of food available. On Thursday night, there was even an outdoor BBQ event that many social media influencers had recommended. The swimming pool was located on the rooftop and had a nice environment, but unfortunately, we only got to swim for a short while due to the rain. There was a large shopping mall across the street from the hotel, making it convenient for us to find food and other necessities. The hotel was also located very close to nearby attractions. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

A pleasant 3-night stay with young kids”
Just returned from staying at Hard Rock for 3 nights. We had two rooms - a studio suite and a 2-bed regular room. The 2-bed room has a large tub that can easily fit three people. The room itself is spacious with high ceiling. The studio suite is even more spacious but interestingly the tub is a regular-sized bath tub unlike the other room. The suite has high table and four high chairs; perfect for having a meal together as a group. Breakfast buffet that came with the room rate is decent. Good selection and comfortable dining hall. It even has a kid playing area. The only “complaint” I have is that we saw a few used candy wrapping paper on the floor in the play area. The same trash was still there the next day when we returned. This is where my 4-star for cleanliness comes from. Otherwise, housekeeping for the room and other common area is great and everywhere looks clean, including the restrooms on the lobby level. My biggest compliments would be for the conceirge staff, YiTao and Simon Kang, who provided me with services above and beyond what I’d expect. The first day I got there, I had a package to courier out from the hotel. YiTao guided me with placing the order on WeChat, arranged the pickup time, and kept the box for me until the courier came the next day to pick it up. On my last day before heading home, I prepaid over $1000 for DiDi car service but there wasn’t a driver match. I wanted to cancel the order and get my refund, but I couldn’t figure out how to do that in the app. Simon Kang patiently helped me navigate the app for a good 10-15 mins. Then he called DiDi customer service for me and eventually resolved the issues. I greatly appreciate his assistance and patience. The hotel location is great and certainly has enough to do to keep us occupied these 4 days. I would return again in the future.
