This hotel is located in the heart of the city with easy access to Orchard, Bugis and Little India by walk. The friendly staff provides impeccable service to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean, comfortable and equipped with modern amenities. The transportation options including MRT and bus stations are conveniently accessible from the hotel.
The rooms are small with limited space and only one chair provided per room. The soundproofing is poor, which results in noise disturbances from outside and other rooms.

First time stay at lyf. The location is very near the MRT , and other facilities just walk for about 5 minutes. The room is a little bit small but so clean. They provide a shampoo/shower gel/hair conditioner for a large bottle. The toilet not have the curtain, so it may get wet all over the room. In summary , it's a good place to stay at Bugis

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights during the Taylor Swift Eras Tour in Singapore. To start off with a positive note, location wise, the hotel is in a really good spot. It's nearby Bencoolen station, Rochor station, and Bras basah station, and Bugis station. The hotel was also easy to find as it is right in the corner of Middle Rd. There were also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants surrounding the hotel. The place was also decent enough and has a bit more interior design than other business-type hotels. The room service staff were also very diligent in cleaning our rooms everyday so I have to commend them for that. Now for the things we didn't like. I felt like we got the room for a much higher price than it usually is - around 750USD over all for 3 nights. But I would blame that on the surge of foreign exchage rates probably because of Taylor Swift. I was really surprised because the room was SUPER SMALL. We could barely move side by side in it. I mean I know most of the hotels in SG are really small but I didn't expect this to be so TINY. The layout was really badly put because it made the room extra tight to move around. The hotel though had a nice vibe, kinda like a boutique hotel, so I'll give them credit for that. Although when we were there, there were a lot of renovations going on especially in their receiving area/lobby so it's so sad we weren't even able to maximize what we paid for. They also have to improve their elevators. They only have 3 elevators catering to i don't know how many rooms per floor - but I assume it's about 10 rooms - and those elevators were EXTREMELY slow. All their staff use the same elevators as well so whenever they clean the rooms, they would pass through all the floors with all their huge cleaning carts making it slower than it already is. Was our money worth it? Erm.. I'm not so sure. I think there might be better hotels around the area for that price. Would we stay again in this hotel? No, I don't think so. Overall though, our stay was decent enough.

It was exactly what I needed. That location is very convenient right in the city center make it easy to get a room to hotel is it Vanzie but it’s clean quiet and comfortable perfect for couples or solo travelers. Staff were polite and chicken was smooth. Great value for a short stay.

“Comfortable with great location ”
I’ve stayed 4 nights at LYF, although having a little trouble with their cleanliness at first night. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The inconveniences part was that they don’t put phone in the room and the amenities were not there, need to ask to the reception. Other than that, they have provided me what I’ve requested when I book the room which I’m very satisfied. High floor, quiet room and extra pillows. I’ll definitely recommend the hotel and will be staying there again when I get back
