The hotel located at the heart of Bugis, thus near to Haji Lane, Bugis Junction & Bugis+, Bras Basah MRT, and a temple that has street food or market outaide of it. Hotel staffs are very warm and helpful, and they serve delicious breakfast. The best part is that they give u a handyphone, whixh is android based. It allows u to make an unlimited local and international call, as well as unlimited.4G internet. Very convenience. Other thing is that by connecting ur phone to wifi, it allows you to project ur phone screen to the tv, hence you can watch movie comfortably..

One of the best hotels I stayed in Singapore! The front desk staff was really welcoming, he upgraded my room to a suite even though I only stayed for one night. The price is good for its service, location and the room itself. It's only 1 mins walk to Bencoolen MRT station and 5 mins walk to Orchard Rd. The room is spacious with huge window facing the main road. Best thing of the hotel is that they provide you with Handy smartphone that you can bring outside the hotel to access the internet so if you don't get a SIM card or wifi pocket in Singapore, this is really handy (no pun intended). There is convenience store and food court that's open until 2 AM just across the street. I definitely will be coming back next time I visit Singapore!

This hotel, while basic and 3 Star, has everything you'd need. Good size room, very clean, great shower, tea/coffee facilities and fridge. The location in Bugis is fantastic and we were able to walk to most places, however a very significant road, Bas Basah, was 50m away with a bus stop that catered for >30 routes right on the corner. Also 400-500m away were two train stations the catered for 5 lines. Bas Basah becomes Orchard Road about 500m around the corner. Easy walk to Little India and Arab Street and Haji Lane. Across the road is a 7/11 and Food Republic and around the corner an Irish pub. The legendary Raffles Hotel was only a couple of blocks away. We will stay here on our next visit

V hotel Bencoolen is a nice budget hotel. When I first booked this hotel, i didnt realize that this hotel is literally next to the MRT Station. It is really convenience for us to travel anywhere in Singapore with this MRT. Before the MRT Station, V hotel is always located near the food area.We didnt have to book any breakfast at the hotel because our surrounding is full with small restaurant and kopitiam. This hotel has a great value of money. With around when I first booked it, it was the best hotel ive ever booked. But, there is also another he location is also superb and has more food around it. The hotel is so a bit bigger than Bencoolen. So, if you want to book, try first; it could be full (I got that twice); then try V hotel Bencoolen

A good price for this good and convenient location, which is near to Bugis and Bencoolen MRT stations (3 mins or so), with walking distance to Bugis Junction mall and Bugis Street and Haji Lane. Rooms are pleasant, although the walls are quite thin, you can hear people talking loudly or opening up doors etc on the corridor outside your room. Room and bathroom is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful. Bed is slightly too soft, but overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

When I booked the hotel I saw there’s a swimming pool facility but didn’t realize it was an infinity pool so nice even though the backdrop is not as good as MBS, it’s still a stunning view of the city. Staff are very professional and very helpful especially when I requested to deposit my backpack for a month while I travel away and everything was intact and safe. The location is superb and WiFi connection is very good! One of the best connection in the world. The only thing I don’t quite like is the shower and toilet room design are too small. It’s silly to separate them making it harder to go in and out of shower. Lastly the cleaner is quite stingy in issuing the toiletries especially only give one shower gel bottle every day even though I was staying alone in a 2 persons room I booked for 5 nights. The cleaners did not issue standard toiletries. I also have to ask for moisture lotion as well. There are 2 standard water bottles everyday which is very pleasant and nice of the hotel.

I have been to many hotels in Singapore and this is the best so far. It's spacious compare to many with the same value. Not many come with swimming pool with the amount paid as well. It comes with complimentary parking and just located opposite of Bencoolen station, DT21 (blue line). It opened on 1st Nov 2017 so pretty new and some renovation is still on going at time of writing however it doesn't cause me any inconvenient. Orchard, Esplanade, Marina Bay, Garden by the bay just nearby. There are Food Republic and Din Tai Fung next to hotel and do try the restaurant (The Glass Onion) opposite the hotel if you do not want to travel far, the food is quite nice. The only con could be the sound proof however only when you are unlucky to stay next to some people who are not considerate and shouting till 2am which is in my case and the hotel is fully booked thus I am not able to change my room. Will be back if I am going to Singapore again.

Quaint and quiet hotel...has the basic necessities one would need. There’s a small restaurant, vending machines outside the bus loading area, polite and fast check in/out, mini rooftop terrace with a small pool, ample pool towels at the station. Located just beside Golden Mile Junction where there’s a lot of local food (Thai food is good). If you fancy more choices you can walk further down to The Concourse for pizza or more eating places and pubs opposite The Concourse near Haji Lane. No in room dining, no bottles of shampoo/conditioner/shower gel provided, instead there’s a all-purpose wash gel from a dispenser. Pillow is a bit too flat. But otherwise everything else serves us well as a no frills hotel.

this hotel is located in central Bugis, near Bugis+ mall, but a bit far from MRT, still within walking distance for about 5-10 mins. You can reach Bras Basah or Bugis MRT from this hotel. This hotel is also near to Bugis street shopping area, where you can find cheap fashion products, snacks. Nearby attractions include Singapore Art Museum, CHIJMES, Arab street & Haji Lane, Orchard road shopping belt.

This is not a 5* hotel so one should not compare. I had a great stay as always. The receptionists may not smile much, but they are friendly n check-in is a breeze! The standard rooms are not very small or cramp, in fact, is a reasonable size. They provide almost all the basic necessities, except for toothbrush & toothpaste n a mini bar/fridge - Standard room. But the rates are worth it despite its an old hotel. But the location is excellent. A walk to the nearest MRT is only less than 5mins! I have stayed her quite a few times, which i enjoyed staying; more than my current place (having to squeez in a roon with my sister). Not forgetting there is also a food court just behind the hotel n it take a mere 3-min walk! Will be back again n its 1 of my fav 3 star hotel to rest n chill with lotsa privacy. Take note: The aircon temp can be really cold - Which is good! Those who are afraid of the cold, remember to have ur jacket ready. Late check-out i got was only til 12.30pm, never once had 1 or 2pm check-out - Could be due to high occupancy. No room service but lotsa eateries around, so no complains. There's also drink vending machines and free ice machine located on certain floors. - Thumb up!

Our family stayed at Marrison hotel 02 nights and we had pleasant holidays at this hotel. This hotel which is opposite to Bugis MRT is very convenient for us to travel to other places. If you want to eat or buy souvernir, the food street Liang Seah St. (which is very crowded at night) and Bugis Junction Tower (with cheap price) are 5 mins walking. Haji Lane, Arab St. and Suntec Tower are 10 mins walking. The room is quite small, but it has main facilities (super small fridge, safe, hair dryer, kettle, big screen TV, air con). Toilet is clean, bathroom with shower and hot-cold water. The staffs are friendly, check-in easy and quickly. Water (hot/cold) is free at level 2, so remember to fill up your bottle before go out. Iron is also available at level 2 with no charge. We will definitely stay at Marrison hotel next time.

Well, Actually i never planned to choose this hotel while on Singapore. but it turns out to be one of the best things that happen on my trip. Location : very near from bugis location, surrounded by a very interesting street such as Arab Street and the most instragramable street on SG , Haji Lane. for moslem i highly reccomended this place coz you cant found a lot of tasty and halal food around, with a view of the biggest mosque in SG. Cleanliness : Room is very compact as i can tell, very comfort with a new interior there. Staff: Well they are exceptional. very kind and broad smile on their face. never bother us and always provide everything that we need . Facilities : Room is very modern. they provide us a phone that allowed us to make a call or browsing. and the best thing is they rent it for free and we can use it outside the hotel. they provide a still and sparkling water near the receptionist which is very good deal cos a bottle of water can cost you 1 dollar there. Overall, i am very satisfied on my first visit on nuve hotel. i will go back for sure. and i very recommend this place for a solo or couple traveler, who want to save money but not feeling ease to living on hostel. this is 3 star hotel that feels like a 4 star hotel. Conclusion : Highly Recommended !

it was actually our second preference apartment but fate had changed it to be our best hotel in singapore so far. we have a young daughter who is very active. a park around the corner, easy access to bus stops that take u literally everywhere, walking distance to mrt makes travel easily planned. tugged a little away from orchard meant the apartment was reasonably priced. hotel facilities were comparable to 3 star hotel. its free internet access is well appreciated. finally, all around nice friendly staff frm reception, housekeeping, kitchen, even maintainence.

I enjoyed my stay at the Fragrance Hotel. The staff were friendly and always welcoming. They also helped me book a ticket for the Night Safari which was convenient. I asked for an adapter ti be able to plug in my charger and they lent me one free of charge. On my last night I was also able to borrow a scale to weigh all my luggage. In terms of location, it is very convenient and budget friendly. I was able to walk to Bugis Junction, Bugis Street, Arab Street, Haji Lane and the Singapore Art Museum. Catching a taxi to Merlion Park and Gardens by the Bay wasn't an issue as it was within close proximity so I didn't spend much on transport during my stay. I'd recommend this hotel to the lone traveler who needs a central location that is easy to navigate from and around. I would also recommend it to those who are seeking an adventure on a budget. In terms of cleanliness, the cleaners do a pretty neat job and did well in continuously re-stocking coffee, tea, water, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. My stay at Fragrance was great!

HI, I had be staying in hotel Royal @ Queen a lot of time. From the moment you check in until you check out the service of the hotel is the best. They really there to help you and providing the best information to your question. The breakfast is nice too. Only 1 thing which during my very first time staying in this hotel's feedback to the hotel and until at this lastest stay ( 18 Jan 2016 ) that the hotel still never improve is having stay in this 4 star hotel they can't even provide 2 free mineral water to the room guests. The hotel must ALWAYS remember is small little refreshment will impact a great image of the hotel and happy of the guest whom travel 10 over hrs of flight to here ( singapore )which you can get 3 bottle NTUC mineral only cost 95 cents. A bit of cost but can bring back a lot guests to the hotel. please look into my suggestion. thank hope to see some changes when I am back to this hotel again,

Well, when booked this hotel I actually didn't realize there are two Bencoolens there: the hotel and a "serviced apartments" which I luckily booked. We got a 2-bedroom (plus living room) apartment, with complete kitchen and two bathrooms. The apt is little bit shubbed and some ceiling paint would help, but all the rest is very good: spacious, clean, comfortable. The kind-of-buffet breakfast is very basic, but if you are not too spoiled you will not leave hungry. The real advantages are: very good location (the taxi stand in front of the hotel, MRT station is less than 1 min walking, main attractions are in 10-15 min waling distance), the pool (including jaccuzi and toddler's pool) and kids playground on a top of the 12th floor, nice patio on the 5th floor. My conclusion : very good accommodation for budget famiky travelers!

I enjoyed staying at Santa Grand. Location is perfect, near Sultan Mosque, Haji Lane and so many Halal foods near the hotel. Breakfast is nice, various menus for 3 star hotel. Easy to find taxi and near the MRT station. Swimming pool is small but ok. Compare with other hotels in Singapore with the same price and level, I recommend Santa Grand for your choice. Staffs are very friendly & helpfull. Room is clean. Ironing board is available upon request.

Getting to and from in singapore can be challenging, not with this hotel. Little India MRT station is a 5 min walk. Bugis street is also a 5 min walk for loads of shipping bargains galore. Have an authentic singapore ice cream sandwich located just before you cross the crosswalk to enter the Bugis shopping center. The staff was always welcoming and helpful at anytime you walked in the lobby. Long term bag check was available as we arrived on the morning flight and check-in was not until 3 pm. We just toured around a bit on the MRT and checked in later not having to tote our bags with us. We were offered a an upgrade to a nicer larger room one floor higher with (2) double beds. I debated in my head about taking it with no extra cost, but declined. We got a queen size bed, I don't know, but for a couple, you really want a queen or larger to sleep on. The downfall is the room size, it is a bit small. You can move around freely, but can get congested with a lot of bags on the floor. We used the folded bag stand to organize and make it comfortable. Shower, toilet, etc... nice, a little tough to dial in the water temp on the shower knob, I mean, its scorchin boiling hot or ice cube cold. Just took some experirmenting on get the handle in the right spot, the warm spot or cold if your back from a sweaty day in sing. The pool is right outside your window. There is a fitness area in the corner of the pool. Its in like a glass gazebo. They had quite a good aerobic, run, weight set-up. You could do your workout pretty easily using just maybe 3 pieces of the 7 or so pieces equipment inside. The pool has full chaise lounge chairs. Super relaxing, long pool, nice to do some laps or just cool off. There is a kids play area, so if your a family this is very good to break the boredom for the kids to doing something different than walk around with mom and dad on a hot sing day. I feel the 4 star price you pay, is really a 5 star hotel in comparison.

The hotel is near haji lane and arab street. You have to walk a little going to mrt and its near the bus station. The staffs are nice. They also have free water, its warm si if you like cold water theres 7 eleven nearby where you can buy ice and put it on hotels fridge just talk to them if you can put it there before buying. Overall it was a good stay. I just have a comment on their bathroom it was smelly i think because its too old they need to maintain cleanliness on their room

Great hotel and wonderful friendly staff. We have met some trouble few days before our traveling period. However, the hotel staff try all their best to help us and provide the best service to us. Me and my friend came from 2 different countries, and only my friend will be arriving at the hotel, and she only can speak a little bit English only, however, when I write an email to the hotel, their efficiency on replying email and also arrangement to help my friend who came from Japan is just fantastic and appreciated. Never-ever thought that we have booked a very nice hotel and great staff. Hotel location just nice, friendly and helpful staff is the best, cleanliness of the hotel perfect. I asked my friend how's she going to rate the hotel for overall, without thinking, she replied me 10/10! Great hotel ever. And will return back to the hotel again. Last but not least, thank you very much to the hotel staff and also manager. We definitely will go back to stay with you again and introduce to everyone. TQ~

The location to Bugis Junction and Haji lane is fantastic with the SMRT (link direct to the airport) and bus links along with a 7eleven right outside. This is a budget hotel and our room didn't have a window (but we knew this on booking) but was clean and somewhere to rest our heads comfortably after long days of site-seeing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They also informed me of being able to check-out my bags and hold them there. A great thing... I was able to hire a room for a few hours just for a freshen up and chill before actually leaving for my flight which was late in the evening so I didn't have to just wander around.

walking distance 5-7min to metro station. I didn't have to use bus to get anywhere else. The metro covered most of the attraction: marina sand bay, vivo city to sentosa, etc. Room was clean and roomy (compared to other hotel). We used to stay at B.Hotel and man, it barely has room to breath. Affordable price with great location together with good staff. It doesn't have toothpaste and toothbrush so you gotta bring your own. We don't have restaurant inside the building but just downstairs we have Malaysian/ Idian food corner. Walking 3 min, you will get to Tekka food court with Indian/Chinese/ Jap/ Korea/ all kind of food. It is good and cheap, even though the quality might not be as good as Michelin 1 star booth or Tian Tian chicken rice but it's 3min away so who cares. Overall will stay here next time until I can find a better place with the same price, and I doubt it could happen in this lifetime.

In general everything is beautiful, the white and black highlights make the Adonis Rich in Class. Starting from your welcome drink which is refreshing, all the way until you check out, you will be treaty like royalty. This is the very best hotel that I have experienced in all my travels, looking forward to coming back with my fiancee. The room is so relaxing I almost forgot I was there on business!Everyone went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met. need a reminder? they will call you to notify you of Breakfast, lunch. or dinner. I hope they don't change a thing with their hotel everything is purrrfect!

It's my 1st stay here with my gf & I must say it's a great boutique hotel, considering the design at the lobby with lotsa of old skool, vintage stuffs on display as me & my gf are into classic stuffs. Staff namely Shavina, Nina & Benjamin are super frenly, helpful & kind. No complains watsoeva about them. I love the executive room esp the sweet smell aroma where u get to choose from upon check in. Everything was great except for a minor thingy. Perhaps the tv channels can have more choices as we are nite owls who sleeps late & tend to watch tv thru out. Other than that, from the lobby to the room, it was an 'instagram worth' taking photos if ur into photography. Food wise are easily available along the whole stretch of the hotel. 7 Eleven & Haji Lane are juz across the street. Mrt are juz a walkin distance. In short, it was great!
