This hotel is located centrally in, well, Central district of Hong Kong Island. It's some 10 minutes walk from the MTR station and in the heart of HK nightlife and dining area. There are connections to anywhere in the city by MTR, buses and you can get a taxi right in front of the hotel at any time of the day. Many boutique shops around it and no more than 10-15 minute...

The location could only be more convienient if the MTR opened into the hotel room door. Take the Airport Express (24 min) to Hong Kong Station (seemlessly joined to Central Station), look for the blue line toward Kennedy Town and Sheung Wan will be the first exit only a couple minutes away. Exit via the Wing Lok (A2) exit, turn right and you will be looking directly ...

For my needs, which were to seamlessly move from the HK airport express Central station to a good night's sleep to the Central ferry terminal in the morning, this hotel was a gem; the location was perfect. I took a taxi from the train station, but easily could have walked it (which I didn't realize - the ride was less than 5 minutes, more than half of which was a long ...

We stayed in the Butterfly on Wellington for one night to break the journey from Melbourne to Paris. On our previous visit to Hong Kong we stayed on the Kowloon side at Mongkok, so we picked the Butterfly on Wellington because of its location on the Hong Kong side, and good reviews on TA. The location is excellent. It is easy to get to and from the Hong Kong Airport Ex...

After doing research, we booked this hotel due to feedback which all turned out to be true. The staff will do anything to help you including giving you umbrellas to use, good directions, making afternoon coffee, and snacks. The breakfast buffet provides plenty of variety to fill up (cereal, lots of fruit, hard-boiled eggs, bakery items, juices, coffee, tea). They up...

I have stayed at Lan Kwai Fong Hotel three times, both on family and business trips, and I plan to book it in the future. It is a reasonably priced and service-minded place in a central location. (More than half of my meetings were within easy walking distance.) Although it is in the Central district, it is sheltered from heavy traffic and hectic crowds but close enoug...

The hotel is only 5 min walk to Sheung Wan MTR station and is closed to a lot of restaurants. The room is large and clean and staff is very friendly. From airport, you can take the Airport Express train to Hong Kong station, then transfer to the complimentary Airport Express shuttle to Holiday Inn Express Soho. The hotel is just few minutes walk from the shuttle bus s...

the hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk to shueng wan station, but there is a tram station nearby. taking the tram is actually cheaper, albeit slower compared to the mtr. and if you're coming from or going to macau, the ferry pier is also a few minutes walk from the hotel. the rooms are spacious enough (considering how generally small rooms in hong kong are). too bad...

We have been there for the second time already. Both times we felt the hotel as exemplary. From the lobby to the guest rooms everything is very nicely decorated and exudes luxury and comfort. The hotel is overall large. It has unobtrusiveness although it shows luxury. At the breakfast, lunch and dinner is a very large selection of dishes from east and west of the worl...

I was a solo business traveller and found this property to be very central on Hong kong Island in the area called "Central" which is the hub of all transport for moving around Hong Kong, Airport Express, Metro, Trams, Buses & Ferries are only a few mins walk away. Hotel was very trendy/chic with modern and new fixures. Bed was a double bed which was very comfortable wi...

Beautiful hotel, everything has been thought about and I will now only stay here when I’m Hong Kong for business of pleasure. The only small negative is the lack of gym equipment in the gym. It’s beautifully designed, but it lacks heavy weights and other machine equipment. There’s certainly space for it, if they re-organised the layout.

The hotel was rather easy to find once you past the Wing On building if coming from Hong Kong Airport Express station. It was a bit of a walk as the overhead walkways did not connect directly into the nearby buildings. The staff were professional and polite. I had quite an unpleasant experience as a couple cut my queue to check in as I was waiting for the staff to fi...

Service is superb. Kudos to the front desk, housekeeping, waiters and concierge! One of the best I have come across. Would have taken the time to personally thank each of them if was not in a rush. Room size is big compared to most hotels in Hong Kong. I booked the 2 double-bedded room cos there were 3 of us. The room was clean and the housekeeping team constantly kep...

My wife and I lived in Hong Kong twice, for a total of four years. For most of that time we lived at mid-level on the Victoria side, and we loved the view we had, day and night. There are many more luxurious and famous hotels in Hong Kong, but at Bishop Lei we can have an excellent hotel, at a very reasonable price. We like the small but functional suites which have a...

How should I begin to write? This is not my first time staying here. I'm very picky person and has stayed in many five stars hotels in Hong Kong but none others could match this one. That's why I keep coming back. This trip to hotel I forgot my Mobile phone on the taxi. Soon after I checked in I realized I've lost it! The concierge kept calling my cellphone and finally...

This is rated the best hotel in Hong Kong and we saw why. Magnificent designer room (we had a harbour view 70) excellent service - sending us detail on good local restaurants before we arrived was wonderful. The hotel is pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. The views from the room were superb and nice touches like free mini bar (for everything except wine a...

Nice room. Smallish but big for Hong Kong standdards. Getting there was an effort to find the finer details on how. Get an octopus card from the airport express counter. Load it up with another $50.00 as believe me you will use it on the MTR. Take airport express to central. Change to the blue line heading for kennedy town. Get off at the first stop shueng wan. ...

Don't be fooled when you see "YWCA." This is an actual hotel, located in the midlevels in Hong Kong. It is pretty conveniently located, about a 15 minute walk to Central down the hill. Warning: the hotel is ON a hill, so it takes a bit of time to walk up, but does not require any extraordinary effort. From Central you can get anywhere on the island. If you are com...

Had a great time in Hong Kong staying in a centrally located hotel, with excellent and friendly staff, in a room which is quite frankly ridiculous in size for a hotel in Hong Kong (FAR bigger than expected)! Newspaper and fresh water every morning and they even have a compact yet functional gym. Would definitely consider staying here again when we go back.

I am so impressive since the first day I arrived. The service is beyond my expectation. The staffs are very helpful, full serviced minded and friendly. The room is clean and quiet. The facilities in the room are all you need. The location of the hotel is perfect since just very short distance walk to Sheung Wan Station and not that crowding so we can take the full rest ...

Our second visit to the LMO and it was awesome just like our first visit. First class accommodations in such a convenient location. But it is undoubtedly the wonderful staff at the LMO that makes all the difference. Special shout out to John, he is such a wonderful ambassador for the LMO! Till our next visit!

My trip was 1 more stay to Hong Kong because of the typhoon, which delayed my flight. I reserved City View but upgraded to Harbor View, and the staff were very kind and didn't say anything unnecessary. The sauna was small but clean, and the amenity quality was great. The amenity inside the room was a Bottega Veneta product. The Harvard view room was really the best. It...

i want to just start my review off with "stay at this hotel." just in case you don't read the rest of my review. i absolutely loved this place. first off it is a beautiful and clean boutique hotel in a great location of the city. there is dining, shopping, and nightlife around every corner. the rooms were incredibly clean and they provide a complimentary mini bar. of c...

It's only 5 minutes walk to Sheung Wan MTR station, only a stop to Central MTR Station which connect you to Hong Kong Airport Express station. One of the staff named "Brandon" and he is super friendly. Efficient, helpful and smiling. The other is the security staff who also very kind. The room is unique and modern. Maybe people said its small but hey it's Hong Kong. Y...

It is hard to come across good deals on Hong Kong accommodation. Mingle at the Eden is a great option if you are looking for something a bit less expensive than most hotels in the city. The room my friend and I stayed in was larger than I expected, and very clean and nice. The location is outstanding because it is near Lan Kwai Fong, the Mid-Levels Escalators, and two ...

it is nearly impossible to find a reasonably priced hotel in hong kong these days. still, i have to go there on business and the sohotel is a good find in its class. i still think it is over priced for what you get, but i've stayed in worst places and the room was nice, clean and quiet. of course it was small, but that goes without saying. good service at reception, go...
