This is an affordable hotel, with most facilities you need and it is right next to an MRT station making even more convenience to go sightseeing. It is also near a shopping centre (Mustafa Centre) which is open 24/7 so be prepared if you like shopping. What make me most satisfied is the staffs are helpful when asking any questions about the hotel. You really want to meet the owner of the hotel, she's VERY friendly and helpful, who can give you recommendations about the places you want to go, how to get there, which attractions are famous in Singapore, where to go shopping, ... She's always willing to help You can also ask for a map of Sentosa or a MRT map if you like, they have all and are willing to give you. The rooms are large and comfortable, with window views to the city. Wifi are free with superspeed. Water in the bathroom from the tabs are safe to drink. Again, this is THE BEST HOTEL WITH THIS CHEAP PRICE

We are frequent travellers to Singapore, stayed at many hotels, but this time at Park Hotel totally knocked us out fantastic. Stayed in the loft room, good practical design, amazing views of the Singapore skyline all the way to Eye of Singapore. Room facility and amenities were top notch. But the best part of all with this hotel was the good old customer service.. Park Hotel Group must have one of the best customer service training.. the genuine warmth and care from the bell man, to to the CSO (Aishah) at reception, to the housekeepers cleaning the room to the Restaurant Mgr / Supervisor (Haridass).. they were all genuinely nice and kind.. Everyone working at the Park Hotel seems to be earnestly happy to be serving each and all of its customers.. Congrats to the management for having train all your staff so well.. my family and i are now converts of Park Hotel, we'll sure be looking at another of your hotel on our next trip. Great2 stay and thank you.

Chose this hotel because of a good offer we found on Agoda. Wasn't expecting much because the reviews were quite mixed. We checked in late (around 10.30 pm - 11 pm) and was assisted by Sean at the front desk. We got upgraded from the Urban room we booked originally to the Loft Apartment. The upgraded room was quite something. Floor to ceiling window, a small pantry, work space & living room upstairs...pretty lavish. Room was well appointed. And the floor(s) and room is decorated with really good modern arts which I really enjoyed. Great big bed with ample amount of pillow...needless to say, sleep quality was really good. The bathroom was spacious with very good quality toiletries. Service (esp. housekeeping) was wonderful. I would probably stay again just for the swimming pool..my God. I took early evening swims and it was brilliant. Great setting, with Singapore skyline as the view. They have small gardens you can walk in and a bar by the pool. The hotel is a very short 3-minute-ish walk from the Farrer Park MRT station. And also within short walking distances to Mustafa Center & City Square Mall. Also quite close (short taxi rides) to some very good eateries near the stadium in Jalan Besar, Tyrwhitt Rd & Beach Rd. The Farrer Park Hospital adjoins the hotel. In short, recommended.

I so love the hotel. All the staffs are friendly and accommodating. They have a clean, cozy room. The beds are so comfy, you can really sleep well after a long day touring around Singapore. The location is the bomb because it was near Little India station, near Tekka Centre (where you can eat cheap but delish food). If you are shopaholic and you want the best money exchange rate the hotel is nearby Mustafa Centre.

Location is great no question asked, across the city square mall, 10 minutes to farrer park MRT and jalan besar bus stop, behind there's infamous mustafa center, the room though, small size and small tv in the corner also no amenities in shower room, just toilet paper with no hanger and towels that were replaced everyday. So dont expect luxury, location wise, it's great! Staffs are nice and helpful!

We stayed here for 4 days and arrived super early in the morning. The receptionist warmly accommodated us and told that check in time is at 2 pm but can be as early as 11 am if there will be available rooms already. We then just left our luggage there (they secured it) so we can already start our itinerary. Hotel is just within Little India and is right across Jalan Besar station and near Sim Lim Tower. Cheap shopping areas Mustafa Center and Bugis are really near, had it not been very hot, you can just walk from point A to B. Rooms are really clean, there is that smell that I can't explain once you enter but overall, our stay was really pleasant. Air condition is centralized but you can just call the receptionist if you want to adjust (we didn't bother cause the sheets are warm enough). We booked a standard room without windows though, probably the good thing was we were on the 5th floor so we we were able to hear if it's raining outside. :)

My first foreign trip with family.. So was a bit apprehensive .. However hotel was great. They respect your privacy. Very Helpful whenever u have doubts. Room was comfortable with family consisting of wife and 2 kids. Even though room was small. As I had only 4 hand baggage with me. Location near to little India metro and Jalan besar metro. Indian food available readily both veg and non veg. I managed to eat breakfast and dinner in this location.. Worked out very cheap. So a big thumps up👆 for the hotel. Keeping in mind everything in totality.

I booked a family room which has 1 large bed and 1 single bed. But when the staff saw us, they upgrade the room to a family deluxe one, which has 1 large bed and 2 single beds!! Eventhough there's a language barrier, the staffs really kind and helpful. The most important part is, the location! It's really strategic! It's near 2 mrt stations; Jalan Besar and Rochor. It's easy to find halal food, and cheap food nearby. About 400m to Bugis Street, and about 600m to Mustafa Center. I definitely recommend it to everyone, and will choose Mayo Inn for my next trip. The only thing that need to be upgraded are the lift. But it's okay as it is.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in Hotel 165 for 6days/5nights. If you're looking for a budget hotel with clean facilities and privacy, this is the best hotel for you! Staff can speak English well and very accommodating. The Deluxe room was good enough for the 2 of us. The hot/cold shower and flush were working perfectly. They provided bottled water for every guest, clean towels, and cleaned our room everyday. The location is just a few steps away from Farrer Park MRT and Sri Perumal Bus Stations. The 24-hour Mustafa Center, Money Changer, and Chinese/Indian Restaurants are also very near so you won't get hungry even when late at night. If you have Asian food cravings, the Food Republic food court can alse be found at the City Center Mall across the street. The location is also just a few MRT stations from key places such as Bugis junction, Chinatown, Little India, Clarke Quay and Bayfront so you don't spend too much time commuting. The only suggestion i have is i hope that guests could control the air-conditioning because when we first came (a Monday), it was a bit hot. Then when the long weekend came, the central A/C became colder. I assume that they tend to increase the A/C when there are more guests, but it'd be better if we can control our temp preferences. Nevertheless, our stay was PERFECT! We will definitely recommend this place to other tourists and we'll surely book this hotel again when we go back to Singapore! :)

The check-in was quick & the receptionist was exceptionally friendly. The hotel looks real new as the front office was still undergoing some constructions but it wasn't a big deal. It was our first time at the hotel and to play it safe, we opted for the Standard and we were clearly aware there will be a big chance our room would come without windows as those with windows are limited. The room we had was without windows but they gave us the "look" that we had windows as they added curtains for the added illusion - I totally LIKE that idea! When we arrived at the room, the first thing that we notice was the high platform bed (a little too high if you ask me) but it was absolutely COMFORTABLE! We had friends over and everyone raved about the bed & extra bolster - a rarity in the modern hotel these days. The room came with a see-through bathroom; the glass panels allows the light from the bedroom to shine in the toilet - perfect for couples! It is roomy enough for two to shower with the rain shower and the Grohe finishing are an added bonus. Coming to this hotel is a fantastic choice, the rooms come with a welcome set which includes things such as nail file, bath robe, plush room slippers, loofas, choice of two coffee & tea in the room and so forth and the best part... Everything in the Mini Bar is complimentary! You get 2 cans of San Miguel Pilsner, a can of Sprite, a can of Pepsi, 2 glasses of fruit juices & complimentary bottled water too! Other added amenities includes the iPhone docking station & FM radio alarm with night light. For the tourists, there is also a Book of Singapore with all the list of good places to go to in the room! We didn't wake up early enough for the breakfast (0630 - 1030 hours) but rest assured that we will DEFINITELY be back in two months for our anniversary staycation with the friends again & we will definitely try the breakfast :)

The location was superb! Easy access to Jalan Besar mrt (200m) and Rochor mrt (100+m). 15-20 mins walk to Little India, Bugis street and Arab Street. Hotel easily seen once you are out from Jalan Besar Mrt. The hotel room was clean and surprisingly quiet from the street noise! Got 24/7 convenient store under hotel. The only cons would be the room size was quite small with the quite pricey room price. Suitable for those who travel light. Overall satisfied with our stay in Hotel 81 Rochor!

Was skeptical at first when booked the hotel since it is in the heart of famous Little India street . Upon arrival, were surprised as the place is very modern and clean. The rooms booked are small but it is very cozy & clean. The nearest Little India MRT Station at exit E is just around the bend and there are a lot of convenience shops around the hotel. Some are even opened 24 hrs. As a business traveler, the hotel is near to some good Indian restaurants and convenience shops, plus 10 minutes walk to 24 Hrs Mustaffa shopping center. Hotel shower is the best. The water pressure is simply awesome. With regards to the hotel staffs, they are able to speak English rather well. Even the front desk person allowed 1 hr complimentary late check out without hassle. The only thing they need to improve is on late check in time at 3pm, could improve on it. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and recommend those with couple, business traveler & families to consider this hotel. (Thank you)

it was a pleasent stay at arianna hotel. the room is rather small. if you are travelling in a family of 3 kids, you may want to book 2 rooms. it is cheap, very clean and best of all they provide free wifi. location wise is strategic for shoppers as mustafa centre is right opposite. if you are driving, they do not provide parking space, so you have to use coupon parking. parking is quite easy to find. plenty of food outlets available within walking distance. easily accessible. nearest mrt station (ferrer park, if i'm not mistaken and little india is about 10 min walk. about 5 min drive to arab street and bugis street as well as masjid sultan. 10-15 min drive to orchard road and geylang.

we took a cab from the airport and the hotel is easy to spot on jalan besar, the closest mrt is a good 15mins walk, 24 hours food court and 7-11 store is just opposite the hotel so it's very convenient. this hotel serves excellent breakfast, the spice french toast is a must try! both receptionists (a guy and a girl) and the old chinese cleaning lady are very friendly and helpful, and you can get cheaper entrance ticket to the attractions (sea aquarium, universal studio.. etc) if you buy at the hotel. room is small but tidy, the bed is very comfortable, the room smells humidity when we first went in but once you turn on the aircon the smell is gone, no window in the room but there are windows in the bathroom so it's fine, shower head is fantastic. looking at the price of the hotel this is the best hotel in terms of price-comnfort you can get in singapore, we will definitely return again.

Is good overall and will come back to stay if we ever visit Singapore again. Hotel is located 5mins walk from little India MRT, there is one 7-11 and some grocery shops nearby Room is small but cozy not much space for luggage, shower is good but no divider so expect toilet to be wet after shower I got woken up by door closing sound from the other rooms , a little minus point for that

Best location for Indians as budget hotel can't expect more but neat n tidy ..place to sleep is what it is... best part is the manager gave us some coupon by which v got free simple cards from opposite shop ... and those free simple number v book uber cab (UBERCUPONSG) and grab cabs ( SGMAP) cabs got discount on cabs made full use of that... And the location is very good as mustard maket is very near v opted ananda bhavan (24hrs open) for breakfast .... and had meal sat at ANANDA RESTAURANT ahead of ananda bhavan it's panner tikka and naan is best even buffet meal option their is good Go for Marrison at desker only and u can't bargain on walkin their so better pre book via agora happy holidays

the hotel located in jalan besar 10m from bus station (jl besar station) 50 m from rochor st (downtown line). I am so worry if I see much review this hotel before I stay. but, when I arrrive in hotel everything is oke, I stay for 2 night, no breakfast but wifi is good. staff very kindly and the most important is the hotel very near from mrt station (rochor).if I need to stay in singapore I will stay in this hotel

Pros: The hotel was clean and acceptable. Cons: Room is small. Our room has no view but has windows that can be opened. The fridge was not cool at all. No slippers in the room. The big mirror is opposite to one of the beds and reflects it, which is not very good based on feng shui. In the rest room, the sink drained so slowly that we had to avoid using it; hot water was not available all the time; and the wc door could not be closed because if you close it, you'll be locked in the wc. The hotel is rather far from an Mrt. However, the hotel has 2 nearest bus stops where you can take a bus to the Mrt station. I tried the following bus routes because they require very little walking: - From Changi Airport to Nobel Hotel: go by subway, alight at Bugis Mrt Station, then walk 87m to the bus stop "Bugis Station (01113)" (pay attention to the number of the station 01113, or you'll probably get lost). At this bus stop, board Bus 133 or 145. 6 stops later, alight at bus stop Eminent Plaza (07351) on Lavender Street. Then walk 83m to the Noble Hotel. -From the Noble Hotel to the Rochor Mrt Station: Walk 93m to the bus stop (across the Noble Hotel) at HOA Nam Building (07329) on Jalan Besar Street. At this bus stop, board Bus 23, or 66, or 67. 3 stops later, alight at the bus stop Rochor Station (07531) on Rochor Canal Road. Finally, walk 26m to the Rochor MRt Station. Hope it helps!

I was very pleased by the staff Mr.Maichel.Great energy & very detailed to make guests comfortable. The room is clean & good. WiFi is not strong in room but the lobby area is having strong WiFi. Great lobby area with breakfast area. Breakfast is simple but great.Fresh orange juice made me very happy. This is the best hotel in Little India area. Only 100 meters away Rocher station,350 meters from Jalandhar Baser station & 500 meters from Little India station.From Changi airport you can take direct train to Jalan Baser only 30 minutes. Value for money.

This is a renovated old shop house style hotel from the 1900s (or earlier), and it is rustic and nice. The caveat is DO NOT get the rooms facing the main road! The noise from the vehicles passing buy is extremely loud! I did not change room so I do not know if this is inherent in other rooms. The next thing is the air-con, even after inserting the key card for power, it seems like it turned on but was not cold. You have to actually off and on it with the remote control to make it work, unlike other hotels where just inserting the key card into the power unit on everything. Finally the walls are very thin, and there was a baby crying till late when I check in. I could hear it in the corridor as I walked to my room, and hoped that it won't be noticeable but it was to naught. Even in the room with the door close I could hear the cry and the parents talking loudly. So be wary when you booked this hotel, as I specifically stated I wanted a quiet room but got the opposite instead.

the hotel is located around the little india area. walking distance to farrer park mrt, mustafa center and city square mall. if you love indian food, budget shopping and a central location to get around singapore, this is value for money. most hotels (double) would cost around $around this area - and what you get is generally a shit hole, untidy, unclean, small room. comparatively, at $, fortuna is luxury for what you pay for. pay more, its well worth it. bigger room, bigger bathroom, and very clean (compared to the $rooms you would get around the area). don't think much if you're looking for a cheap and good hotel around little india.
