This is an affordable hotel, with most facilities you need and it is right next to an MRT station making even more convenience to go sightseeing. It is also near a shopping centre (Mustafa Centre) which is open 24/7 so be prepared if you like shopping. What make me most satisfied is the staffs are helpful when asking any questions about the hotel. You really want to meet the owner of the hotel, she's VERY friendly and helpful, who can give you recommendations about the places you want to go, how to get there, which attractions are famous in Singapore, where to go shopping, ... She's always willing to help You can also ask for a map of Sentosa or a MRT map if you like, they have all and are willing to give you. The rooms are large and comfortable, with window views to the city. Wifi are free with superspeed. Water in the bathroom from the tabs are safe to drink. Again, this is THE BEST HOTEL WITH THIS CHEAP PRICE

The good about this hotel is the standard is above average, a nice 4-star hotel in the middle of everything that you need to get to. Near to my favourite City Square mall, near to Mustafa centre and right in front of the train station. Hotel is clean, neat and secure. You can't get up in the lift without a key card. Swimming pool is accessible and fun for kids. The bad, my keycards didnt work after some time and I had to go down and change it. Response is a tad slow for certain things. Me and my daughter went to the pool and it was locked due to rain but it had already stopped raining. We had to call them three times to unlock it and we waited for almost 20 minutes. This morning left the room at 1245pm and asked for housekeeping. Came back at 3pm and room is still not cleaned. Overall, I'll still go for this hotel again. The staff are friendly and nice and they do try to help you.

I was staying for family holiday three nights at the hotel. Major point of hotel quality is 'service' not for pretending but sincere effort to make customer satisfy in every cases. In terms of the service of Park hotel Farrer park, let me say it was perfect. I could see all staffs and management were considering how make the customer comfortable with suitable level of satisfactory. I had a little problem with room status however hotel offer me the access of lounge that I was feeling it is not a deal to settle the problem but consideration for customer with full of good faith. Even though the hotel is not fully ready some of facilities but operating well within the condition. Location is very good, we went to little India and Haji lane by work and Mustafa centre is neighbor(3mins by walk). All other points like Ochard and Marina bay are able to reach within 10-15 mins by car and there is bus stop of hop-on& hop-off back just 100m behind hotel. All amenties and towels were so clean and provide enough in timely manner. Overall of hotel quality is much better than 4 stars grade with very new facilities but the room size is only 22 sqm. Facilities in the room is well organized and luxurious interior material with high-end grade and that could be cover up the size of the room. Consquenlty, if you want to have a great staying with family in Singapore, if you like to have a good service and brand new facilities, take this hotel. I am member of Accor, IHG and starwood but this hotel had me a sufficient satisfactory in Singapore.

My 19 year old daughter and I stayed here for 10 nights in July. We thoroughly enjoyed it. What fantastic accommodation. Everything has been very well thought out, from automatic lighting and window dressings down to the free daily snacks and complimentary very above average bathroom supplies. This hotel is amazing. Beautifully appointed clean rooms, Olympic size pool. The breakfast dishes are the best you could ask for and very diverse and include curries, Asian soups, salads, egg station, hot meats, fruit, pastries and so much more. The staff are super attentive. Only about 2 minutes to the train station and there is a good mall within a 5 minute walk. There is also the Mustafa Centre a few minutes walk away which is open 24 hours but probably not worth more than a brief visit. We had some great and very cheap local curries in Little India and felt safe walking around at night. Certainly very good accommodation. The only shame was the pool had some grout that stained my swimsuit and even though the hotel cleaned it free of charge for me it didn't come out.

I so love the hotel. All the staffs are friendly and accommodating. They have a clean, cozy room. The beds are so comfy, you can really sleep well after a long day touring around Singapore. The location is the bomb because it was near Little India station, near Tekka Centre (where you can eat cheap but delish food). If you are shopaholic and you want the best money exchange rate the hotel is nearby Mustafa Centre.

As we checked in, we quite impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, which is the main point for us who travelled with our children. It's an old building, but they managed it well. The facilities are simple. No toilettries (soap, shampoo), but clean towels are replaced everyday. We booked a room with 3 beds and 1 extra bed. We didn't use the extra bed at all, since it was an old folding bed, which also too thin compared with the other beds. Luckily, the other 3 beds are quite wide, so all of us (4 people) could share the beds. The location also very near to Mustafa Centre shopping centre, that open 24 hours. So, whenever we need to buy something, we can just walk there. Plus, the hotel is located in front of to City Square Mall, one of the entrance/exit of Farrer Park MRT Station. Overall, we really recommend this hotel for those who need a simple hotel just for sleep after you exploring Singapore all day.

on the good side: 1. room is affordable rate 2. comfy and clean 3. Location near to masjid Ghaffour 4. Near to MRT station Rochor (Downtown line) 5. Near to Mustafa Centre but need to walk around 7-10 mins something to be improve: 1. my luggage is big and using stroller. very troublesome using staircase to the lobby from outside. Saw a path for wheelchair but close. 2. Doormat after using toilet need to change to the water absorb kind of material. After using toilet my foot is wet but the doormat didn't help to dry my wet feet. hence led the floor watery from my wet feet.

Little India gives you the feel that you are still at your homeland,but can see people from all parts of the world enjoying their holidays. I stayed for 5days with my aged Parents ,wife and 3 Children.we got adjacent rooms in third floor facing the Street.There are two restaurants attached to this hotel and serves good Punjabi food.Very courteous staff,allowed us to check in earlier as our flight reached at 6:00am in the morning.Also hot a free sim with 10 dollar loaded as a promotional activity from the sim mela happening in front of the hotel.Just across the street there are several vendors of all items like souvenirs,sweets,clothing,electronics,toys,mobile accessories.Near the Hotel,we have the mustafa centre,Tekka centre,Farrer park met and in front of the hotel was the bus stop which made life easy for us

Pros - The train (Rochor station) is just around the corner (200m) and bugis station is at the walk distant. - i met many staffs and they are all friendly and helpful. They allowed us to deposit the baggage after check out and also kindly booked taxi for us. - the room is good , clean, spacious for SG and value for the money. Cons - the hotel is located beside the main road so you would hear the road sound all night. ( i believe that cuz it near Mustafa that open 24hr) the very light sleeper may have issues with this ( but not for me who can sleep soundly all night) - it's a little bit scary neighborhood. Dont recommed for girl solo traveler.

Hassle free location! 2-5mins walk going Farrer Park MRT station plus the mall is just infront of the hotel. Just beside the hotel there's this Chinese cuisine which offers cheap and delicious foods! I also like that Mustafa Centre is just at the back of the hotel and there's also a money changer. You can also buy simcard beside the hotel which is likely cheaper compared to buying at the airport. Also, you won't be hungry in this area because most of the food stores are open 24hours. Staffs were nice but my favourite is their Pinay staff!

Since the first moment after we booked this hotel for staying and we arrived there, we already feels the great atmosphere and they also served us with the welcome drink. When we enter the room, oh yeah it's really very nice room with the perfect concept. Also nice neighboor hood, around 5 - 10 minute to the MRT little india reached by walking, Near also to mustafa centre. Good service, friendly staff, great breakfast. When we travel again to singapore, for sure we will stay again in this hotel.

Arrived on business trip. Have stayed in this Hotel 81 many, many times before and have always come back due to its location and relative price compared to other hotels in Singapore. Staff are friendly. They tend to separate the business or tourist room floors from those rented out on hourly basis which is a very good idea and we won't be interrupted by constant banging of doors, talking and footsteps in the corridor. Many varieties of local food are located nearby. Bugis, OG etc and the MRT are all close by. If you can sleep, the 24hr Mustafa Centre is also within walking distance.

Close to MRT station (Little India) and Mustafa Centre, but difficult to find food besides Indian cuisine menu, there is also no mini market close to hotel area. We take a deluxe room without windows: in my opinion, like a budget hotel in Indonesia but this is much better and more expensive too, clean and the amenities are quite complete. The air conditioner and the hot water really works well, but the room is quite narrow. But above all, this hotel is recommended

it was a pleasent stay at arianna hotel. the room is rather small. if you are travelling in a family of 3 kids, you may want to book 2 rooms. it is cheap, very clean and best of all they provide free wifi. location wise is strategic for shoppers as mustafa centre is right opposite. if you are driving, they do not provide parking space, so you have to use coupon parking. parking is quite easy to find. plenty of food outlets available within walking distance. easily accessible. nearest mrt station (ferrer park, if i'm not mistaken and little india is about 10 min walk. about 5 min drive to arab street and bugis street as well as masjid sultan. 10-15 min drive to orchard road and geylang.

The best feature of the hotel was the room size, being larger and better-equipped than the normal Singapore mid-range hotel. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom large. It is located near to City Square mall, Farrer Park MRT (for easy trips to the city centre) and Lavender MRT (airport line). There are plenty of places around to eat, lots of cheap shopping at the Mustafa Centre and just enough "red light district" feel to add a bit of colour and spice to an otherwise over-manicured Singapore landscape.

I would definitely recommend booking to stay here, having been to Singapore many times on business and normally staying in the CBD area this was a welcomed change. The hotel is clean, the rooms are small but for a city break that shouldn't be an issue. The location is excellent with the Rochar MRT less than 5 minutes walk and Little India Station less than 10. Perfectly located for Visiting Marina Bay Sands, Garden on the Bay and also Santosa Island or Bugis. The only negative to this hotel was that from my room on the 3rd floor I could hear load music playing from a bar outside until 3am. This didn't stop me sleeping and I would still chose to stay here again when taking everything else into consideration. I booked room only and would recommend doing this, there is a hawker stall just behind the hotel and there are loads of amazing places for brunch around Singapore. A good choice for budget hotel in Singapore.

Location is near the Farrer Park MRT and room is really clean. Staff at reception are friendly (except for one house keeping guy, not friendly when talked to). Location is perfect for local and mamak style cuisine. Super near to the famous Mustafa Centre. Area is very lively and easy to move about to other touristic places. This hotel made it into an enjoyable and unforgettable stay for us.

The Daulat Hotel had all the essentials for our 2 night stay in Singapore. Our room was very cosy and clean . Complimentary soft drinks and Ice tea was at the Lobby bar and the buffet breakfast (cereal, fresh fruit, coffee/tea, juice, toast, ayan [coconut jam] and a choice of a main meal)at The Madras was delicious. The hotel situated in Little India was the perfect location for walking the streets of Singapore and having a feel of the locals and shopping centres are within 5 minute walk. We took a grab to get to Gardens on the Bay (13 Singapore Dollars at peak time), Haji Lane was about 15 minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend going to Mustafa Centre (15minute walk) for your first shopping, they have about everything in the store and their branded perfumes (not fake) are the cheapest you will ever come across.

We stayed at the hotel with our young baby who decided it would be fun to hide my wife's Raybans under the bed. We didn't realise until we returned to Australia. An email to Perak was replied to within 5 minutes, the sunglasses were located less than 30 minutes later and they were posted to Australia the next day. They arrived less than a week later and packaged according to our wishes. This was fantastic service and it is refreshing to find such integrity. All of the staff were very willing to help with the special needs with our baby including use of the microwave whenever we needed it. The staff also provided us with tourist advice which helped us save money and were ever ready to help. The hotel is on the edge of Little India which is a better cultural experience than staying in a large hotel chain. Sim Lim tower is across the road offering cheap electronics. There are several cheap and good restaurants close by. Little India market is about a 2 minute walk offering clothes and crafts. For a 3 star hotel, I would definitely recommend it based on our experience.

Overall stay was very satisfying. Room and bathrooms was very clean. Although room is little bit small it was very tidy. Bed was also comfortable. Need to specially mentioned about the cleaning lady ( Chinese Lady) she was very friendly person who always had a smile in her face and doesn't forget to greet us good morning. She did her job very well too. Our room was very clean and she even kept our slippers organized. Hotel location is also very convenient which is near to MRT and Mustafa shopping center.There are multiple food centers around and we found Indian Stall which served food in reasonable price and good quality. We enjoyed our Stay here and we will come back !!
