Everything is good compared to the price. The housekeeper adds ginger every day. If there is a day when cleaning is not needed, they will deduct it from the package. For example, if there is a 5-day break, they will provide 5 sets of toothbrushes. The downside is that only one employee can speak English and only at a 6/10 level. However, this is still reasonable for the price.

We stayed here for 7 nights, in a group of four adults. We booked the room with three separate beds. I do need to point out that there's no partition between the beds, as this is considered a single room and not a suite. Those who are light sleepers and have friends/family who are loud snorers please beware. There's only one toilet/shower so it can be quite inconvenient for large groups. Tried to exchange a room with two toilets but the reception inform all the rooms only comes with one toilet/shower. Location is superb. It is right at the junction between the famous tourist hotspot Beijing Road and a more residential Wenming Road. So many local eateries located in Wenming Road and the food is absolutely amazing without burning a hole in your pocket, unlike the touristy Beijing Road. There's daily room service and the cleaner always replenish our mineral water bottle supply. If you need more water or Chinese tea you can refill at the reception area in level 15. Please be noted that there are actually four different apartment hotels located within this plaza building. As per the other reviews, the elevators are a bit slow but imo, still okay. Facilities are ok even though the building is quite dated. Plaza also houses a rundown shopping mall and I will absolutely recommend guests to try out the food at Lucky Restaurant in Level 8. They served amazing dim sum and Cantonese cuisine from morning till night. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, though it seems all of them are student part timers and might not be good at communicating in English. Reception also provides subway metro cards which you can use after paying a deposit, which will be reimbursed after you return the card at the end of your stay. Remember to keep the deposit slip for proof of payment. Overall, a nice stay, thanks to the excellent location which is also near the subway stations.

Stayed with 2 kids for 2 nights in Dec and here is my candid review: Location : 10 out of 10. Just step out of the building and you are into Beijing Road which is a very popular and must visit shopping area. Also, it's next to famous Dafo Temple which is just 2 mins walk. Interiors : 6.5 out of 10 Though it is relatively clean, it doesn't have kitchen which is expected from a serviced apartment. Bathroom is little old, mattress on top floor is very hard and hence 6.5. Staff : Staff are very polite & helpful. When I asked for a convertor, they were able to find one for me without any questions. If visiting again, will be staying there definitely as it's value for money and saved lot of time due to location which is very centrally located.

We are a family of 5 all adults, and our stay was great! We loved how they change our towels everyday, (but they always forget that we are 5 people). They also have recommendations in terms of food and etc. You can get their wechat account for faster communication. I was able to order from Taobao and have them delivered to the lobby. Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. As for the space, it is very spacious as seen in the photos. Although some of beds seem to be old already and the wallpapers are coming off, but everything seems fine. Oh! There are only 8 elevators, in the building there are several floors that commercial (cinema, pizza hut, outlet stores, and even malls!!) so expect that during the rush hour, there will be some elevators traffic haha Overall, we would love to stay here again when we come back to Guangzhou!

Great value for a large space. Like other reviewers, the biggest inconvenience is the wait time for the lifts. Thankfully when we went, there weren't too many people but I could definitely see it being an issue. There are 6 lifts in total, 3 on each side. 2 lifts won't go to your floor though, since one only goes up to level 9 and the other stops only at even/odd levels. Place was clean and had someone maintaining it daily. The apartment 1814 washing machine leaks water though, so the hotel should probably check that out as it made my kid slip when he was going to the bathroom at night. Would stay again.
