Heerlijk verblijf hier gehad. Grenst tegen een mega groot mall aan, waar ook een metro station zit. Waardoor je overal makkelijk kom. Zou hier zeker nog een keer verblijven!

Het hotel ligt centraal in Sha Tin. Omringd door diverse winkelcentra's, het park en de rivier. MTR station is op loopafstand en de airport bus stopt voor het hotel. De kamers waren ruim en was van alle gemakken voorzien.

Ons 1e verblijf in dit hotel en vond het erg fijn. Ligging is perfect ， bij treinstation Sha Tin en directe doorgang naar shipping mall via 3e verdieping. Personeel erg behulpzaam , vooral die dame die onze kamer elke dag kwam opruimen. Super lieve vrouw en altijd met een BIG SMILE als we haar tegenkwamen. Bed vond ik niet erg fijn en erg klein was maar 150 breed voor 2-persoonsbed. Tafel in de kamer vond ik overbodig groot en nam best veel ruimte in beslag. In en uitchecken ging erg vlot, wat ik jammer vond is dat de receptioniste ons niet vertelde over bv het zwembad of diverse ( gratis )faciliteiten van hotel.

Leuk hotel in het deel Sha Tin. Het hotel heeft een leuk zwembad met een overdekt en openlucht deel. Mooie gym erbij. Ontbijt is prima, maar er mag iets meer broodbeleg zijn ipv 1 soort jam. Verder genoeg keus. Het personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Via de loopbrug op de 3e etage kom je in een shoppingmall. Deze mall is ook weer verbonden met andere malls en er zitten volop restaurants. Via deze mall loop je ook zo naar de metro. Voor het hotel stoppen de airportbussen. Je kunt dus voor een klein bedrag van en naar de luchthaven. Deze bussen kun je ook betalen met je Octopuscard. Let erop als je voor het hotel op wilt stappen, dat er twee haltes zijn voor de airportbus. Een die van de luchthaven af komt en een halte die naar de luchthaven toe gaat. Ze liggen 5 meter uit elkaar. Leuk om te doen is ook het Sha Tin park dat naast het hotel ligt. Mooi aangelegd en goed onderhouden.
Vanaf het vliegveld brengt Airbus A41 je in 60 minuten voor de deur van het hotel, voor nog geen 2,50 EUR. Het hotel is op de 3e verdieping verbonden met het luxe winkelcentrum New Town Plaza. Als je het winkelcentrum doorloopt vind je Sha Tin plaza, hier kun je met name goedkoop kleding shoppen. En vergeet niet de typische cold noodles te eten. Aan de andere kant van het winkelcentrum vindt je metrostation Sha Tin op zo'n 8 minuten lopen vanaf het hotel door het winkelcentrum heen. 10.000 monastries is op loopafstand. Hotel is netjes met vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt kun je het best boeken bij het hotel zelf, wij hebben 88 HKD betaald.
een mooi, schoon hotel op een uitstekende plek als je niet in het centrum wil blijven, personeel is zeer klantvriendelijk, een groot winkelcentrum naast de deur incl. speeltuin, goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, voor gezin met kinderen ideaal
het hotel ligt tegen een groot winkelcentrum aan, en bereikbaarheid met (airport)bus en metro is uitstekend. kamers zijn mooi en ruim, alleen iets gehorig naar de gang toe. i.v.m de kinderen wilden we graag een kamer met connecting door, en dat was geen probleem. een prima uitvalsbasis om de rest van hong kong te gaan zien.

the location is excellent when travelling in Hong Kong, best it is walkthrough the shopping malls and to the MTR station Sha Tin. Plus it is convenient metro transport to head to Shenzhen. The hotel is clean, tidy and pretty and very much a good place to stay while having access to locations around Sha Tin and Kowloon location. It is my second time in several years and it is very good and don't bother going to the Regal Riverside Hotel (the other side of the river) because there is a lot of mainlanders who come there and are noisy and there has been multiple food poisonings from the Regal Riverside Hotel which they got fined. Hence they are cheaper but Royal Park Hotel is higher quality and the staff are polite. Lots of international visitors go here and Trip Advisor rates this hotel as Excellent which is rare to come by. Will go back again unless if there is a competitive offer being made by higher rated hotels which I will consider.

Booked the Royal Park Hotel with the Grand Double Room for the Spring Festival. I had a very pleasant stay at the RPH for 9 nights. The reception staff were very efficient in locating my booking for both check in and check out. The concierge staff were excellent and knowledgable on the local hotspots to visit. One staff member we were grateful for, offered a hand to help with one of our baggage; as he noticed it being slightyly damaged from our transit to the airport and offered to perform a temporary repair. The housekeeping team were fabulous in making my stay pleasant and welcoming. Rooms were made up everyday with clean towels and ensured items were stocked up daily. All staff were very polite and professional and very attentive to details. Great job RPH!

This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. I loved the hotel's location, which was linked to New Town Plaza and other shopping centres, as well as major transport, in particular the East Rail. We can get everything, from shopping, dining, to movies, in one place, comfortably in an air-conditioned environment. The dinner buffet is discounted, with an additional 12% off for residents. A wide range of food choices, including wagyu, lobster, seafood, sashimi, Chinese hot dishes, beverages, soups, and various kinds of cakes and desserts. It is really worth going and having an enjoyable night with family or friends there. The pool water was 28 degrees, which made swimming a nice activity during Winter. It would be great if the laundry service did not set any time restrictions on its operations.

The staff at reception and luggage hoppers were amazing. Every time we step out of the hotel, we forget that we are in HK because of their service. Room service was good too and I think we had the same lady for the 5nights that we stayed. She was very observant and neat and placed things back to their spots while making our room clean again. We swam in the warm pool in winter and used the gym that had well maintained equipment. The hotel was linked to the Shatin Mall which was located at the MTR, making it really convenient. My only fear is the price increase for when I want to book Royal Park Hotel in future but people need to know about their excellent service and like me, I rely on reviews.

Since 2020, I always stayed in this hotel whenever I visited Hong Kong. Usually I stayed just with my husband, but this time I took my whole family for vacation. The hotel is nice as always and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooms and the bathrooms are clean. The location of the hotel is perfect for any kind of trip because it's connected with New Town Mall, which is quite big and complete. The MTR station is just about 10 minutes walk. The only downside for me is that there are not a lot of convenience stores or restaurants that are open after 10pm. Also, they cannot give me a late checkout since I didn't book from their website or their member, even though I stayed there many times already.

We chose to stay in Royal Park this year because of a bad experience from a cheaper hotel in the same district. Although the rooms were slightly more expensive, it is well worth it to upgrade to the river view rooms. Unfortunately there was building works across the road which is not the hotels fault but the room itself was very spacious, nicely refurbished and more importantly clean. You cannot fault the location as it’s located within the Sha Tin Plaza Phase 3 with easy access to either the trains or buses. Perfect stay for us and hopefully we will be back next year 😇

Excellent location all within walking distance to a mall, park, cinema, and MTR. The hotel has very good facilities and a good swimming pool. Downsides: - doesnt have an excellent breakfast (to my liking). But given how close you are to the mall its probably better to go out and eat. - gym could have been better. Again it you dont care then it doesnt matter. - could have had steam room etc. Again if you want to stay out of the heat and would hate a steam room it doesnt matter.

I had a very pleasant stay at Royal Park Hotel. The location is extremely convenient, as it is situated right inside Shatin shopping mall and only a short walk to the MTR station. The airport bus stop is also right next to the hotel entrance, making travel to and from the airport very easy. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a day out. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping and the MTR for easy travel around Hong Kong and its many attractions. The hotel was clean and rooms spacious - perfect for our family of 5 with young children. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay very comfortable. Recommend Shatin for young kids - a fantastic playground and play center in the shopping mall as well as a local park kept our kids entertained on quieter days when we weren’t exploring the city.

Hotel is directly linked to New Town Mall, which holds more than 300 merchants. Getting food and shopping is at your finger tips. MTR is also close by, linked to the Mall. Hotel room is clean and tidy, lobby staffs and concierge staffs are also friendly, able to converse in English and Mandarin well. Breakfast buffet varieties are not alot but serves the standard items. Will definitely stay in this hotel again when I visit Sha Tin Hong Kong.

We booked three rooms for three nights. One of our room had blocked drained on level four and changed to level five next day. Bathroom lights need to be kept running if you do not wish to have smoke smell from other levels. Attention to detail in cleaningness is rather low being a nice hotel. Staff and service are wonderful. The guys in lobby Kelvin and Lewis are super nice! Location is great but cleaningness is still my top priority.

This hotel is great for us as it’s close the family. The staff are always helpful and try their best to accommodate. It’s a bit on the expensive side but it’s super convenient to everything we need. Located in suburban Kowloon. Hotel is conveniently located accessible via affordable airport bus. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. Very nice environment and facilities is ok, we booked the family room with 2 double beds and has a small sofa too, staff ask if we need to add baby cot , v friendly staff , and we also had dinner buffet at the restaurant downstairs, v v nice! Swimming pool has good and clean shower facilities too, super good mall nearby!!

2 years ago, we stayed in this hotel, and we came back. Worth of price, best location. A walking by to the MTR station, connect to the New Town Plaza. Varieties shops, food. Definitely will be staying here again if come to HK. Room is very spacious, clean. The pillow not so comfortable, but I cant complain much as long as the room is clean. Staff also very polite.

This hotel contained all the conveniences a traveler is looking for. Hotel is sited inside the a big mall, MTR station, all the designers stores and supermarkets, all are there. Stayed with Royal Park Hotel for 4 nights between 7 and 11 Jan 2026. Location is great. Easy to reach by bus from airport and direct connectivity to Sha Tin station. Room is clean and well equipped. We stayed here for our last day in Hong Kong. It was excellent and clean. Hotel connected to Shopping mall with abundance of food and beverage options. It’s bit far from the central touristy area but good for 1 day of shopping as we dropped our shopping easily at the hotel. We will stay here again next time.

I loved the location, which is near to heaps of shops and restaurants. It was also very convenient with airport buses and metro. The room was spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: The toilet was not functioning correctly. It could only flush with two to four tries.

The hotel connects to one huge mall and two other smaller shopping centre. It is also connected to the MTR. Travelling with kids (one 15, another 12) is so convenient. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that has buses to Disneyland and Tung Chung area. Lots of food choices around, and always something for the family. The hotel space is luxury, a standard room can fit in 3 beds and have space for a sofa and side table. Just that the toilet is average, dont expect a bath tub. But honestly, for the size and price, definitely worth it and cant find in the Mongkok or Jordan area. Staff are very attentive and facilities are new.. love that they have washer and dryer, save the luggage space for shopping. Their choices are extensive, they even have different type of pillow to choose from. Same goes to their TV channel selection..

My family of three stayed at the hotel for three nights during a recent trip to Hong Kong. Great location if one intends to spend time in Shenzhen and explore the natural beauty of the New Territories. There is a direct public bus to/from HKIA right outside the hotel. Convenient, faster and cheaper than taking the MTR. You can also take the East Rail MTR line from the nearby Shatin Station to the Lou Wu or Lok Ma Chau border crossing into Shenzhen. There are many shopping and good quality eating options within walking distance from the hotel. Best of all, the hotel is modern and the rooms were really spacious and well equipped and the staff were kind and helpful. The price was also very competitive. There is absolutely no need to go downtown (Tsim Sha Tsui, Central, etc) to shop and eat.

Had a great stay in Royal Park. Highly recommended for those families with elderly and kids - direct connection to the NTP mall and Shatin MTR station as well as bus terminal. Facilities are clean with a gym as well as water dispensers on every floor.

I recently stayed at the Royal Park Hotel in Shatin, Hong Kong, and I had a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The swimming pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. My room was spacious, a comfortable hard bed . the price is reasonable given the quality of the accommodations. Highly recommend!
