“Pleasant experience ”
I recently stayed at a hotel in KK and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, with useful amenities like a water dispenser and a microwave. The two queen-sized beds were big and comfy, and even the sofa bed was nice to sleep on. However, I do hope they can provide a bedsheet for the sofa bed next time for hygiene reasons. The sunset view from the room was beautiful — definitely a highlight! The bathroom was clean, but the shower area had a small glass panel, so water often spilled out and made the floor wet. It would be great if they could provide more floor towels to help with this. The only major downside was the elevator. Only three lifts were working, and the wait time was quite long — sometimes over 5 minutes. It also got really crowded during peak hours. Overall, it’s a nice place with good facilities, and with a few improvements, it could be even better.
