There was a good spread of cereal and milk available, with basic amenities. Beds were very clean and comfortable, which if they weren’t, could have been a huge deal breaker. Everything was a bit older but this is a good value for money, specially for the amount of space. The only big issue was the toilet but I understand that Waiheke’s water source is through it’s tank and water is not exactly filtered and needs to be managed but the smell was not good regardless of spraying and going with a few other people, it’s kind of not easy to not flush the toilet after use. Other than that everything was good and really cozy and warm. :-)
I was staying here a couple of days with my family. The owner’s explanation of the location was perfect so it was easy to get there. There was a nice wooden deck out side, which is not shown in the photo and that is good surprise 😊I was glad that owners prepared many blankets and amenities for us. Great view, quiet, clean room. Thank you very much! I recommend this place for couples or families with school age kids.

The apartment was nice and comfortable. Good ambience like living amongst the woods. Owners have kindly provided some breakfast as we were rushing to catch the ferry. But there was lack of a sink though which was ok for us cos we didn’t do any cooking.
