Firstly , we have to say , that the staff at this hotel are of the best service we have received in Australia! We have travelled all over Australia and we cannot commend the staff , from the bell boy , to the concierge with the biggest smile, to check in and check out. Maarlez , check in was brilliant & Amy a true little gem on check out. Great location, spacious room , fabulous bathroom & a big plus was the Club lounge access , pay the extra for this , you wont need dinner after the 2 hours you get in there , neither will you need a drink. Excellent quality of food, the buffet breakfast was delicious, with everything included. Thank you & we will be back.

Chose to stay here as we had a bad experience at a cheaper hotel near by last time. For a extra $20 we got a 5 star experience. Super huge comfortable bed, ultra clean room. This hotel is no spring chicken, but fairly well kept. Quiet location off the highway. My first stay here and have already booked for my next trip with a late arrival into Perth. The menu was a little on the expensive side so we ate elsewhere ( put off by negative comments about restaurant also). Bit far from dining options but we drove the 6km to Albany Highway, Victoria Park where there are plenty of choices, even on a Monday night.

It is the second time we have stayed at this hotel - and mainly due to the impeccable room and services that we received the first time. It is a PERFECT getaway for a couple and six stars doesn't do it justice. The fact that you are far enough away from the main casino yet more than achievable walking distance is a huge plus. The decor is magical and I truly feel as a Perth resident that I am in a different city when I stay here. The pool is incredible, the cocktail bar enticing and hours can be spent there in the lavish, art deco surroundings whilst sipping on beautiful cocktails and gourmet food. The buffet restaurant downstairs is a great breakfast/lunch or dinner and looks out over the pool. I just can't recommend this hotel enough. I plan on returning many times. For me, the beds in hotels HAVE to be good and the beds and pillows, bowling, and dressing gown make you feel as if you are in pure luxury. GO HERE!!

The staff were absolutely amazing friendly full of smile and could not do enough to help. Rooms are a great size we had a 2bedroom and there were 5 (1 on a trundle in the living room) of us with lots of room to spare and the beds are really comfortable. Our lounge was a little firm for us that was the only thing we could pick with the room. Love our stay and we will be back. Thanks Best Western Stuff for a great stay

I'm extremely happy with Pier 21's service. Even before my arrival, I received an email advising me of their reception hours. The check in was speedy and parking was absolutely free! The only minor downside was access to the hotel. Access was mainly through Harvest street. Going to and fro from Fremantle town uses 2 slightly different ways. It would help greatly if the Hotel put up a big signage at the Harvest road turning. I missed the turning after dark. Aside from that minor nuisance, the hotel was nothing short of excellent. The front desk was very helpful notably to Lauren who helped us book a tour and picked us up from Northport even after her shift. I would recommend this hotel for small families with a car.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly, the room was basic but clean and the pillow was comfortable!!!! In room dining prices were reasonable, the food was delicious and the portion sizes were satisfying (something I had been worried about as I was starving when I ordered). Breakfast was ridiculously cheap which made me very happy. Also, the main reason I booked this hotel was because it had free parking. Thanks Comfort Hotel East Perth! I will be staying there again the next time I'm in Perth.

I was a little apprehensive about the overall facility and the sound insolation of the apartment after reading from the reviews as this property was our 3rd choice after all the ones that in our 1st and 2nd choices list was taken up. I was wrong (so many of the reviewers were unfair about their comments) as the property fits our needs and requirements perfectly. The staff service was 5 stars as they had fulfilled our requirements for a unit away from the main road facing the highway. The staff placed us at back unit (apartment 206). As we were arriving late after their office hours (they closed at 6pm), they had dropped us an email detailing where to collect the key if we were to arrive after their operating hours. Similarly, as we were checking out before midnight, they had requested that we only drop the key at the security box. Amazing, all thought of to ensure guests have hassle free check in. Despite the building looks a little aged, but the cleanliness of the property and equipment (including cooking utensils, cutleries, oven, cattle, bread-toaster) are dated. One very plus point (which my wife is appreciative of) is the unit comes with washing machine and a dryer; this certainly helps when you are traveling with kids and many days away from home. The unit size is sufficient with sofa, dining table and very comfortable bed for a family of 4. As for the location, it is very ideal as it is rightly located at the boarder of CBD and south-Perth. Be it if you are going North of Perth, South of Perth and Fremantle, it sits centrally. I will certainly go back to this apartment if I am back again, and yes, I would truly recommend everyone to stay there.

The location of the hotel is in West Perth, not far away from the hustle and bustle of the city if you drive. The best part of staying in this hotel is the free parking that comes with the booking. The parking lot is just a couple of blocks away, roughly 3-4 mins walk. The public parking lots outside the hotel are free after 6pm/before 8am and on weekends, so it's quite convenient as well. The room is clean with decent amenities like a small gym. The only comment that we have is that we don't always see the staff at the front desk, perhaps they were in the office located behind the desk. This makes it seems weird (like lack of hospitality and human touch) as most of the hotels we stayed are manned 24/7. There was a fire alarm which went off at 6am but it turned out to be a false one which the hotel had no control over. I thought the incident could have been handled better as we did not hear any evacuation message over the PA system & there were no fire wardens guiding/updating guests.

I needed a place to stay near my office for a week in Perth and this hotel was perfect for my needs. Great staff at check in changed my room when I could smell strong cigarette smoke with no hassle and the location is right at the foot of the Chinese District of Northbridge so has some fantastic restaurants within a 5 min walk. I now book all of my staff into this hotel if they are visiting Perth.

I took a very early flight to Perth from Melbourne, so I arrived at the hotel around 8 am. No bother! Suzanne at the front desk automatically upgraded me at no charge and I was immediately allowed to go to my room and begin enjoying Western Australia. The view was incredible and I loved hearing the sound of the waves as I fell asleep at night. The hotel itself is close to restaurants and there's a Cole's across the road. Most importantly, the beach is right there!

room was a little disappointing. Also, I booked and paid extra for breakfast and was then told this was not an all inclusive breakfast so we ended up paying extra for this. room had a faux window with a photo of perth as the "view" -- the hotel didn't seem that busy, surely we could have been shifted to a room with a real window? Overall, this Hotel is OK, but I have stayed in better places for less in Western Australia. Staff attitude was great, very helpful, especially when we arrived and there seemed to be a problem with our online booking, the staff at reception went out of their way to get things fixed.

Convenient location just a short bus ride from the central shopping area. Yellow Cat (free bus on a city loop) stops 50m from the front door. A great price for the space provided. After hours check in was straightforward. Appliances, furnishings and fittings were all well maintained and very clean. There is a small IGA supermarket across the road that stocks everything we needed at reasonable prices - otherwise, we caught a bus from a few blocks away on Adelaide St, that took us to Belmont Shopping Forum where there is a Woolworths & an Aldi, along with Best & Less clothing and other stores. A 10 minute walk from the WACA and a 15 minute walk to the Perth Mint.

I would love to give this place a very high rating because it was fantastic and the girl at the front desk was lovely. After finding out we were only in town for a day she highlighted the best things to do for a day trip - which we did and we had a great time. She also let us take some board games from the lobby and free dvds to watch as well. However we really couldn't sleep at night due to the highway noise. My partner and I are reasonably heavy sleepers but were continually woken up by the noise of the trucks going past at night and in the morning. Would recommend if you stay here to try to request one of the rooms which is as far as you can from the road side. Location otherwise is good, really close to the shops and restaurants (just cross the road). Hotel was very clean and well furnished.

We stayed here a long time ago now, thought id posted a review already! Sorry for the delay. The location and price of this place are great. We stayed here when we first arrived in perth and it was just the job. 5 minute walk to the city centre, right near kings park too. The building itself is a little old and dated now but still more than adequate. Free wifi, small kitchette area in our room, laundry downstairs and our room was huge. The staff on reception were great, very helpful, friendly and full of ideas about what to see and do in Australia.

It was great, we stayed for 5 days in a two bedroom apartment. The kids had their own space and we our privacy. Location wise, the apartment is well located, the CAT stop is just a block away. Queen's Garden is about 2 blocks away with other parks within a block or two. Facilities wise, the apartment was extremely complete. It had washing machine (with drying, very useful during Autumn and Winter), dishwasher, two irons (one in each room), hair-dryer, two toasters (one in each room), two microwave ovens (one in each room), two fridges. electric oven and stove. Not to forget those extra appliances such as espresso machine and latte machine. All rooms had air conditioning with heating. The apartment was clean and quiet, main doors and elevators use access cards (good security). The gym was good however having a so many amazing parks just a few blocks away, I did not find a need for the gym (when jogging at least). They also provide free Wi-Fi. Housekeeping did the rooms everyday. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful, pointing out where to take the buses, where the best parks were and which supermarket had better prices. We had a very early flight and they also assisted us to book a taxi. Overall, it is a great place to stay and, should I have the chance, would definitively try to stay there again. PD: We did not try the food but since Agoda requested us to review it, I gave 5 points since it would not be fair to measure them about it when I have not tried it.

Great location near all the shops and within walking distance or free cat bus of any where you wanted to go to. We booked last minute and got a really good price and were then upgraded to a 2 bedroomed apt which was great. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. All the staff were very helpful and friendly with nothing too much trouble. We had to book out of the room several hours before being picked up but were able to use the showering facilities in the fitness centre when we retrieved our suitcases before being picked up despite having booked out with toiletries and towels provided which I thought was a really good service. All excellent no complaints at all.

i stay in this hotel due to agoda have a special deal which the price is far cheaper than other hotel in this rating. its next to burswood casino and no doubt you have great access to the restaurants and other entertainment venues at walking distance. there is a train station at walking distance and bus come and go but i suggest travelers get your own vehicle as public transport is not that great compare to other cities in australia.

As per the review the hotel live up to it. Pro- strategically located, near the Perth Train Stn, walking distance to Chinatown, around the hotel got restaurant for dinner esp the korean restaurant which open till 10pm. Is a good choice if want to grab dinner nearby as most shops in Australia closed after 5-6pm. From airport to hotel take bus 37 or 40 at the T3/T4 & stop at St George Tse stand (if bus 37 stop at 10079 (bus stop no); bus 40 stop at 10082). When disembark will be Citibank, cross the street, from St Andrew Churcj walk up the hill 5 min and Pensione Hotel is on the right. Will stay here again when visit Perth. The bed is good.😄

We spent 3 nights at the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle, and were so happy that we could walk to just about everything, including the train station for places that were a bit further out. The hotel itself shows its age, but the rooms are nicely appointed. The bed was a little soft for me, but I did appreciate a wide variety of pillows to choose from. The pool is very small, which didn’t really matter because the weather was quite chilly. The concierge was always helpful, and they have loads of great advice for things to do and see. One frustration was that everything had a price, was an add-on: breakfast, bottles of water were 2-for-$6 AUD, quite expensive. They have a nice program where you earn $20 for every day you don’t have your towels or sheets changed. So we splurged for the buffet breakfast, and discovered espresso/cappuccino was an additional $4.50! (The instant coffee in the room was quite bad, but there are lots of cafes within walking distance.) The buffet was just OK - big enough, but the food wasn’t anything special. All in all, prices are high in Western Australia, and this location makes it a good deal. We would stay here again.
