Great accommodation for family ”
The tent was clean and well equipped for the cold winter nights and for load shedding. Unfortunately, it didn't have bathroom and toilet facilities in the room.
spend a night in Sabie”
I had a good time there. it was quiet at night and the fact that the cabin was made out of canvas. it made the hole group feel spacial
Good, clean and peaceful”
We stayed here for one night in October 2021 and we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities. The hot water swimming pool was a bonus. I thought it was perhaps a tad bit overpriced compared to other accommodations in the area, but considering the fact that it was such a unique stay in such a peaceful place, it doesn't bother me as much. I was, however, less than happy with the checkout process - the staff member at reception really soured my lasting impression of Sabie River Camp by implying that I was trying to leave without paying, closing the gate in front of my car as some sort of power move. When in actual fact, I had paid beforehand, and had proof of this to boot. Sad that my stay at Sabie River Camp was stained in this manner.
A great place”
It was not pleasant as I had a fever and I was there during the south african winter time, so I could not enjoy the splendid surroundings with hiking, exploring and trekking. As a place to stay, I'd recommend this place very much though. Quite cheap, great service and a surrounding that takes your breath away.
