We stayed here this weekend and it was really nice. The facilities are the reason we chose this place and they did not disappoint. We were able to spend a rainy afternoon in the indoor pool and took advantage of the play equipment while it was dry. This resort claims to be four stars, but there were a couple of things that were strange for a four star resort. The first is that you have to wash your own dishes before you leave. I’ve never had to do this at a resort before and also a bit grossed out that the guest staying before me might not have washed the dishes properly. Secondly, the daily cleaning service is an extra charge, and finally the wifi was shocking and the resort only allows limited data for streaming. I would recommend this resort, however would not stay if the price was any higher than what I paid.
Loved our stay here for 3days. Location is beautiful, place is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast and children's playground was loved by all. Did not get to try swimming pool and tennis courts, due to length of stay. Couple of negative points, but nothing serious. Our 3bedroom apartment was on a lower level, so carrying luggage up and down was a hassle. After 8pm called for in room housekeeping replenishment, but was asked to walk upto reception to pick up stock. Soap shampoo conditioner were in the tiniest tubes ever seen in 4.5star hotels, but Staff were courteous and packed a bagful as replenishment. Overall enjoyed our stay, would definitely visit again and recommend Silverwater Resort.
It was an amazing experience at Silver water resort. All the amenities were easily accessible and fun. Room was clean and ventilated with a balcony with great sea view. It is a wonderful place to keep yourself and your kids busy like swimming pool, kids play area, arcade games and much more😍. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will surely recommend and visit again.
Although we live quite locally, we felt like we had a real holiday. The absolute best part is there’s everything to keep the kids entertained.. pool, jumping pillow and park! The views and sunsets topped it off! The only downfall was the slow service and inattentive staff at the restaurant. They were very kind but it definitely seemed they were understaffed. “Wedding anniversary getaway”
We chose this resort to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. PROS: The resort is very family-friendly. My kids absolutely loved the facilities, especially the pool and the playground. There was also an arcade, though we didn’t get a chance to try it. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Restaurant is cozy with a good view. Allotted carpark space just outside the building. Near establishments like supermarket and restaurants. Short drive to the beaches. CONS: What could have been a fun weekend celebration was spoiled by our experience at the restaurant during the buffet breakfast. When we checked in, we reserved an 8 AM breakfast slot. The next morning, we arrived at 7:50 AM, only to be told that our name wasn’t on the restaurant’s list. The staff spent several minutes searching and eventually confirmed with reception that we had indeed reserved a spot. Since the resort was fully booked, it took some time to find us a table, and we finally got seated around 8:02 AM. Just as we started eating, the manager approached and told us we only had 10 minutes left. We explained that we had just been seated and that our slot was for 8 AM. The manager responded, “It doesn’t matter. You need to go.” (Seriously?!). This level of service was appalling, and the manager clearly needs better training. The dinner staff were fantastic. Spending $78 for a family breakfast with so much hassle wasn’t worth it—there are plenty of excellent breakfast spots in San Remo that would have been a better choice.
