Not to mention the magnificent appearance of the lobby, the unique craftsmanship of the waterfall garden, and the warm and thoughtful service from the doorman to the fitness center staff, I just want to talk about the thoughtful design of the room (there is a retractable soundproof and light-blocking curtain in the twin beds to avoid mutual influence and interference), and the complete facilities of the swimming pool, gym, and yoga room (outdoor pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, massage tubs, sensor showers, and complete facilities such as dry and wet saunas, cold water pools, towels, cotton swabs, hair dryers, and moisturizing lotions). We are very touched and grateful! When I saw the names and phone numbers of the staff on duty clearly marked on the walls of the sauna room, I was deeply impressed by their sense of responsibility and honor in serving. This is a hotel that truly serves its guests wholeheartedly. The services they provide, both in terms of hardware and software, far exceed the expectations and imagination of the guests. It cannot be measured by the amount of money, especially during the Golden Week holiday, where a luxury twin room is only a little over 600 yuan! Excellent front of house service but back of house support is lacking”
The service received from front of house staff were superb, especially from Kiki at reception. She assisted us to continuously chase back of house to have a room ready as it was well past our 3pm checkin time. Throughout the stay when we forgot our room key and when we checked out she remembered our room number and was able to quickly assist us. Room is immaculate and the overall presentation of the hotel is definitely 5stars, as the hotel have been recently renovated the rooms are still in tip top shape. Only complain is that even with the hundreds of rooms in the hotel they could not organise us to be checked in at the agreed 3pm check in time. They make it sound like all their money have been spent for front of house which is concerning because of the lack of support from the house keeping team detriments the entire experience. Waited for an hour before a room was arranged and as a result we were late to an event.

Our family have stayed in this hotel for the past 21 years during the summer holiday. We love this hotel 's swimming pool and view. We all love to wonder around the huge fish pond with the groups of Japanese koi, and the beautiful rock garden with the waterfall. The hotel is very clean, full of traditional Chinese characters. It is pleasant and very relaxing. The staffs are very helpful. The management team is great. We look forward to our next visit.

Great hotel”
I have stayed in this hotel over past 20 years during the summer holiday. The hotel is very clean and comfortable with the full of traditional Chinese characters. The staffs are very helpful and the management team is great. We love the swimming pool and the beautiful Chinese garden with groups of Japanese koi fishes and rock garden and the waterfalls. Looking forward to next visit!

It was an amazing experience staying at The Garden hotel. Staff was very good infact most of them spoke in English. They were always available to guide and help when needed. The executive suite was a great experience with spacious room. Location of the hotel is also very good and it is very easy to roam around the city from here. Alot of stuff to do around the hotel. Last year we stayed at Baiyun hotel. Experience there was also good. But cannot be compared with Garden hotel. We highly recommend Garden hotel. Special thanks to Singh brothers at morning breakfast area and concierge area.
