This hotel looks kinda vintage, is within some old buildings however cleanliness is great price is affordable for the central location. We had early check in which mean we could change and rest for abit before going out and about to explore in the city. Hotel location is good which is 2mins walk to the nearest MRT (Rochor) station and walking distance to Little India and Bugis as well. The staffs were generally friendly and helpful. Big shoutout to Ms Jonah the receptionist at front desk who assist us to chk in upon arrival. we were escorted to our room by the courteous Chinese hotel porter and also not to forget about Mr Jamal who helped us promptly with our lugg/belongings to be stored at hotel lobby after chk out in the late morning. Thanks so much!!We appreciate your kindness and help. Keep up the good service &excellent work. Overall its a good stay. Just few minor things: the internet connection was kinda slow and kept disconnecting from wifi connection.(not so sure if its bc we were staying on lvl5) the single bed was pretty small though. Nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would stay here again.
Our stay at Village Hotel Albert Court was great! The friendly day to day staffs, Jamal, Johan, Ahgilan, and one other lady with quite a difficult name (sorry) was super helpful and kind. Check in guy at night was a little dismissive, not too friendly but the overall experience definitely made up for it. The hotel was situated at a convenient location, near many shops and eateries. Closest MRT station was one block away, and there are 2 other 10 minutes away on foot. Our room was very comfortable, we spent a great chunk of our time just relaxing in the room, especially with an infant in tow, comfort and convenience was crucial so I would recommend it for other family travellers. Thanks for the nice experience. Will definitely come back!

Overall experience is good. Excellent location, very near to metro station, Little india and Bugis. Stayed there for 5 days along with my kids and parents, did not face any issues with hospitality. Breakfast spread is decent and sufficient with good and quick response from staff. Do not expect a star hotel type unlimited buffet. Reception Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping number does not work, better to call reception for faster service. Enough food options available in the vicinity to cater anyone's palate. Definately would consider the place again for my family stay. Only concern (although small), the property is little old but we'll maintained. Room cleaning need some improvement

I had a one night stay on Jul 7th, 2024 in lieu of my partner's birthday and had chosen the hotel due to its good accessibility between shopping and F&B haunts, especially Bugis and a Little India, and the bath tub. The room was basic and clean, complete with the necessities one would find in a typical hotel. Our first surprise came in a form of a birthday cake for my partner, in spite of us neither of us preempting the staff about the event. We were delighted at the gesture. Subsequently, we ran into troubles with the TV and bath tub heating setups and requested for technical assistance. The technical help came promptly and the service was done professionally, with patient explanation of the issue at hand. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, made delightful by the delicate service rendered by the staff members, recalling John, his service partner, and the 2 technicians who came to help. They made it difficult for us to say no to another opportunity at staying here. Keep up the good work!
