The hotel’s location near the MTR was very convenient for us, especially since we were traveling with a toddler. We didn’t have much time to explore the hotel facilities since we were out most of the time, but the staff were friendly and approachable, which made our stay more comfortable. We didn’t encounter any major issues, except for the microwave. We had informed the hotel in advance that we would need one, and they confirmed it was available. However, when we arrived, the microwave was broken. This meant I had to reheat my son's food using hot water, which was quite inconvenient. The room was cleaned and towels were changed daily, and toiletries were also provided, which we appreciated. We arrived just before 2 PM and asked if we could check in a bit earlier. However, we were informed that early check-in was only possible if we used a credit card for the security deposit. I preferred to pay in cash, as I had heard about issues with credit card charges and delays in refunds after check-out. Despite this, the hotel has luggage storage available, which we used, allowing us to explore the area without wasting time waiting for check-in. One thing to note is that the rooms are not very soundproof. We could hear people dragging their luggage in the hallway, though this wasn’t a frequent issue. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning :)
GREAT LOCATION but need to improve on cleanliness”
Location is SUPERB!! Only 5mins walk from the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR (exit N, there's a lift as well if you have stroller and/or luggages). Also 3mins walk to K11 Art Mall for shopping and daily necessities (buy bottled water from the supermarket downstairs, much cheaper than 7/11). Tons of food options around the hotel as well (a wide range too, from malaysian, curry, chinese, japanese, even Ichiran ramen is just located down the road). HOWEVER, I wish that they would improve on the cleanliness of the room as it is quite dusty. Please have your HK department to deep clean the bedside tables, corner of bathroom door, iron window blinds in the bathroom, and that hovering fabric thingy above the bed (heck its better to remove this), its all dusty. And please improve the lightings in the room as it is too dark (yellow lightings are great for ambience but its not great for reading and such). I got good experience overall from FO and HK staffs, but I can understand if some people find them a bit rude. Other than that its pretty good: they provide clean towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, AC, air purifier and dehumidifier (this is important, leave it on at all times)

We had a wonderful stay at Xi Hotel. Its location in TST is excellent, with tourist attractions close by and the K11 Art Center right across the street. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of activities. There are plenty of nearby dining options, ranging from budget-friendly to upscale, so you can easily choose based on your mood. Additionally, it’s conveniently located near Chungking Mansions, the airport bus terminal, and MTR stations. Overall, we had a great experience!
